What is the original text of "Canglang Poetry"?

Those who study poetry should focus on knowledge. They must be upright in their introduction and have high aspirations. They should take the Han, Wei, Jin and the prosperous Tang Dynasties as their teachers, and should not be a person below Kaiyuan Tianbao. If one retreats from one's self, the devil of bad poetry will enter his heart, which means his ambition is not high. If you have not yet arrived, you can work on your strength; if the road starts to go wrong, the goal will become further and further away, because the entry point is not correct. Therefore, it is said: If you learn from the top, you will only get the middle; if you learn from the top, you will get the bottom.

Another saying: If you have met your master, you are only good enough to teach; if you have met your master, you will lose half of your virtue. The work must be done from the top to the bottom, not from the bottom to the top. First, you must be familiar with the Songs of Chu, chanting them in the morning and evening winds, as the basis; and read 19 ancient poems and four Yuefu poems; you must be familiar with the five words of Li Ling, Su Wu, and Han and Wei; That is to say, based on the two collections of Li and Du, people today treat classics. Then it was brewed in the minds of famous people in the prosperous Tang Dynasty, and it was naturally understood over time. Even if you don't learn it well, you still haven't lost the right path. Is this from the top? Doing it from the top is called going all the way up, going straight to the root, stopping at the door, and going straight to the point.

There are five methods of poetry: system, gree, atmosphere, interest, and syllables.

There are nine types of poetry: high, ancient, deep, far, long, vigorous, elegant, tragic, and sad.

There are three uses for it: knotting, syntax, and words.

There are probably two types of it: traveling leisurely and leisurely, and traveling calmly and happily.

There is one ultimate form of poetry: being in a state of trance. The poem is so enchanting! That’s it! What a shame! Only Li and Du got it, and others got it and lost it.

There are many Zen schools, there are small and large, there are north and south, there are evil and right ways. Scholars must start from the highest vehicle and have the right Dharma eye to understand the first meaning. For example, Hinayana Zen and Sravaka Pratyekabuddha are not correct. Discussing poetry is like discussing Zen, and the poetry of Han, Wei, Jin and the prosperous Tang Dynasty is the first meaning.

The poems written in the Dali Dynasty are Hinayana Zen, which has fallen into the second meaning; the poems written in the late Tang Dynasty are the Shavava Pratyeka. Those who studied the poetry of Han, Wei, Jin and the prosperous Tang Dynasty were under Linji. Those who study the poems written by Dali are under Caodong. Generally speaking, the way of Zen only relies on wonderful enlightenment, and the way of poetry also relies on wonderful enlightenment. Meng Xiangyang's academic ability is far beyond that of Han Tui, but his poetry is uniquely superior to those who have retreated. Only enlightenment is what we should do, and it is our true nature. However, there are shallow and deep understandings, limited understandings, thorough understandings, and only half-understood understandings. The Han and Wei dynasties were still prosperous, and they did not pretend to be enlightened. Thanks to Ling Yun, the princes of the prosperous Tang Dynasty realized it thoroughly. Although he has enlightenment, he is not the first person. My comments are not arrogance, and my arguments are not arrogance. There are people in the world who can be eliminated, but there are no words to eliminate them.

This is the way poetry is. If you think otherwise, you are not familiar with poetry and you are not familiar with it. Try to take the poems of the Han and Wei dynasties and become familiar with them, then take the poems of the Jin and Song dynasties and become familiar with them, then take the poems of the Southern and Northern Dynasties and become familiar with them, and then take the poems of Shen, Song, Wang, Yang, Lu, Luo and Chen. Then I became familiar with the poems of Kaiyuan and Tianbao, then I became familiar with the poems of Li and Du, I became familiar with the poems of the ten talented people of Dali, and I became familiar with them. I have taken the poems of Yuan He and become familiar with them, I have taken all the poems of the late Tang Dynasty and become familiar with them, and I have taken the poems of Su, Huang and other scholars of this dynasty and become familiar with them. Those who are still here and have no vision are wild foxes and heretics, who have blinded their true knowledge and are incurable and will never realize it.

Husband’s poems have a different material, which is not related to books; poems have a different interest, but it is not related to principles. However, if you don't read a lot and study a lot of theories, you can't reach the extreme. The so-called person who doesn't involve in the logic and doesn't follow the rules is the best. Poets sing about emotions. In the prosperous Tang Dynasty, people were just interested, and there was no trace of the antelope hanging its horns. Therefore, its beauty is penetrating and exquisite, and cannot be lumped together. It is like the sound in the air, the color in the photograph, the moon in the water, and the image in the mirror. It is full of words but infinite in meaning. In modern times, the works of the great masters are strange. They use words as poetry, talent and learning as poetry, and discussions as poetry. Aren't you not working? After all, it is not the poetry of the ancients.

Gaiyu sighed three times in one song, but he was a little apologetic. Moreover, his work is multitasking and he does not care about his interest. The words he uses must have their origins, and the rhymes must have their origins. He reads the last chapter over and over again and does not know where he got it. The last one is very noisy and angry, but has a very obedient and loyal style, which is dangerous. Using scolding as a poem, it can be said that the poem ends at this point. But is modern poetry useless? Said: Yes. I only choose what is consistent with the ancients. The poems written in the early years of the Republic of China were still inherited from those of the Tang Dynasty. Wang Huangzhou studied Bai Letian, Yang Wengong and Liu Zhongshan studied Li Shangyin, Sheng Wensu studied Wei Suzhou, Ouyang Gong studied Han Tui's ancient poems, and Mei Shengyu studied the Tang Dynasty's plainness, and then came out on his own in the Dongpo Valley. It means poetry. The style of the Tang Dynasty has changed. The work in the valley was particularly profound. Later, the method became popular throughout the country and was called the Jiangxi sect. In modern times, Zhao Zizhi, Weng Lingshu and other generations only liked the poems of Jia Dao and Yao He. They gradually returned to the style of austerity and misery. Many Jianghu poets imitated his style. For a while, they called themselves Tang Zong. They didn't know how to stop the fruit of the sravaka prajna. How can they prosper the princes of the Tang Dynasty? Those who have the Mahayana correct Dharma eye. Alas! The Dharma Eye has not been passed down for a long time! The theory of Tang poetry has not yet been sung, but the way of Tang poetry may become clear from time to time.

Now that Tang poetry is sung in its style, scholars say that the sincerity of Tang poetry stops at the ears. Is this not because of the importance of poetry? Therefore, I did not measure myself, but often determined the purpose of the poem, and used Zen as a metaphor. Inferred from the Han and Wei dynasties, I simply said that the prosperous Tang Dynasty should be the law. Even if he is punished by the world, a gentleman will not refuse.

The most famous poetry in the Song Dynasty and the greatest influence on later generations, it is also a famous poetry theory work in China. The book is systematic and theoretical. It discusses the image thinking characteristics and artistic aspects of poetry. It discusses poetry to flaunt the prosperous Tang Dynasty, advocates that poetry has unique genres and unique interests, attaches great importance to the artistic characteristics of poetry, and criticizes the classic texts and texts of that time. Talent, learning, and discussion are shortcomings of poetry, and they are particularly dissatisfied with the Jiangxi School of Poetry. He also used Zen as a metaphor for poetry and emphasized "wonderful enlightenment", which had a great influence on poetry criticism in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.

Feng Ban of the Qing Dynasty was dissatisfied with his theory and wrote a volume called "Yan's Correction of Misconceptions". Today's Guo Shaoyu has a "Commentary and Commentary on Canglang's Poems", which is the most detailed annotation among all the scholars.
