Four years of college life is full and tense, and I strive to cultivate myself into a talent needed by society. For four years, I have always adhered to the principle of "Heaven rewards diligence". Three provinces a day have improved their self-confidence and personality. I am brave in taking responsibility, pragmatic and innovative, and confident that I can achieve something in my work. I have studied hard at night and believe that I have achieved something.

During my school days, I always took improving my overall quality as the goal and personal all-round development as the direction of struggle, established a correct outlook on life and values, and gloriously joined the China * * * Production Party.

Ideologically, I am required to be proactive, love the motherland and the people, support the leadership of China * * * Production Party, support various principles and policies, abide by national laws, regulations and rules and regulations, actively move closer to the party organization, submit an application for joining the party to the party organization in the early stage, and be rated as an "excellent student" when the party school graduates. They are full of energy, brave in criticism and self-criticism, and have established a correct outlook on life and values.

Social Practice: Based on the concept of applying what I have learned and combining practice with theory, I worked as an intern at Baiquan International Hotel in huixian city, Henan Province in the summer of 2007. By being a waiter, I realized more deeply that I must devote myself to the society in order to really grow up.

Due to the shortage of staff in the internship branch, the provincial branch can't send staff to the outlets for the time being, so most of the colleagues who work here have several jobs, especially our lobby manager, who is often busy in and out. Moreover, the homework I received in my internship is also some trivial things I can do. Therefore, I am also happy to walk around from work and try to learn more business that I can't touch.

So in our branch, most of the customer guidance and services are part-time security guards. At this time, I had another feeling. Now the security brothers are really omnipotent. On the rest day, I went to ICBC to withdraw cash and found that a security guard was guiding me to fill out the documents.

Smile and ask the customer, what business do you want to handle? Most of them are mortgage repayment, personal remittance and account opening. Then take out the corresponding list in the front desk drawer until the customer fills it out.
