The Content of Ai Qing's Towards the Sun

From the ancient tomb

From the dark ages

From the other side of the stream of human death

Shake the sleeping mountains

If the steam wheel flies over the sand dunes,

The sun is rolling towards me?

-quoted from the old work "The Sun"

I get up.

I got up—

Like a sleepy beast

The wounded beast

From the forest shrews littered with fallen leaves

From the cold rocks

Struggle for a long time

Support the upper body

open one's eyes

Looking for the horizon?

I

From uncultivated mountainous areas

Tens of millions of people here

Work with their hands

Shout with your mouth

From the city where they walked.

Passengers,

My body

A sore body

There was a storm last night.

Long-distance running fatigue.

but

I finally got up.

I opened the window.

With the prisoner seeing the light for the first time.

Saw the dawn

-The real dawn!

(It's far away.

There seems to be a crowd singing)

So I want to go shopping.

Erjieshang

Good morning.

You're standing at a crossroads.

When the vehicle passes by,

A policeman with white sleeves.

Good morning.

You come from out of town.

A vegetable vendor is carrying a basket full of green vegetables.

Good morning.

You clean the road.

A cleaner in a red vest

Good morning.

You are the first to go to the market with a basket.

A young housewife with brown skin

I believe

last night

You will never be like me.

Be tracked by continuous wind and rain

Be haunted by endless nightmares

You all slept better than me!

Yesterday.

yesterday

I am in this world.

Low expectations

The days to feed me

Like survivors.

Covered with twine

Poor memory

Feed them the same day.

yesterday

I put my own land

As a hospital,

-I have an incurable disease.

Not a day goes by.

I didn't use dull eyes.

Look at this land

A miserable life without boundaries?

Not a day goes by.

I didn't use my dull ears.

Listen, the people of this country.

A groan of endless pain

yesterday

I shut myself in.

In a mental prison

It is surrounded by high gray walls.

No sound

I walked along the high wall.

Walking, walking.

My soul

day and night

Sing forever

The elegy of human destiny

yesterday

I used to run in.

Under the dark low canopy

Vilen settled the account first without the sun? Good fairy? Difficult to read?

With warm tears.

Cry for our century

It's all right now.

It's over.

Four sunrise

The sun is out?

When it comes?

A distant city

Call it electricity and steel.

In the city I breathe

The smell of kerosene erupts.

The smell of tar

A city with a complicated atmosphere

An open metal body.

The corpse of ore

The remains of an electrical fire in the city.

This reminds me of the revolutions in France and America.

Think about fraternity, equality and freedom.

Think about Demo Clasey.

Think of La Marseillaise and The Internationale.

Think of Washington, Lenin and Sun Yixian.

And everything to save mankind from suffering.

The sunshine is beautiful.

And immortal.

Six, the sun shines

Saul Nacente

Shine on our heads

Shine on us for a long time.

Never looked up.

The sun shines on our cities and villages.

Live like us for a long time

Cities and villages that have succumbed to improper power.

The sun shines on our fields, rivers and mountains.

According to us, a long time ago,

There are painful souls crawling everywhere.

Fields, rivers and mountains?

today

Dazzling sunlight

Wake us up from a hopeless sleep.

From the fog that covers up infinite pain

Sting awakened our city and village.

And from the hidden boundless melancholy smoke

Thorns awakened our fields, rivers and mountains.

We raised our heavy heads.

From the wet ground

conformably

Shout into the air

"Look at us.

we

Smile like the sun! "

Seven people in the sun

"Look at us.

we

Smile like the sun! "

Wounded soldier

Supporting wooden crutch

Along the long wall

Take a big step

The sun shone on his face.

Shining on his simple smiling face.

He walked step by step.

He didn't know I was watching him from a distance.

He was wearing a gray dress embroidered with a red cross.

A tall body

When you are near me.

The true posture in this sunshine.

I think

More beautiful than Napoleon's bronze statue

The sun is shining

Over the city

People in the street

They didn't say hello to me

But I walked towards them.

I looked at everyone who passed by me.

For them.

I'm no stranger.

The sun shone on their faces.

According to them,

A smooth, young face

An old face full of wrinkles

A rosy girl's face

The face of a kind old woman

etc

A sad face yesterday but smiling today.

They are all in a hurry.

Swing limbs

They have smiling faces.

It seems to keep saying.

"We love this day.

Not because of us.

Can't see their own suffering.

Not because of us.

See no hunger or death.

We love this day.

Because this day has given us

Brought a brilliant tomorrow.

The most credible news. "

Shining on the ancient stone bridge?

Some girls-

Those symbols of happiness

Holding a donation bag

On the stone bridge

Singing fresh songs

"We are angels.

Healthy and pure

Our lover.

Young and brave

Some people ride horses.

Galloping in the wilderness

Some people fly planes.

Flying in the sky? "

(The singing is interrupted, and they are collecting money from pedestrians. )

at present

They sang again.

"They went to the battlefield.

Kill the enemy bravely

We're in the rear.

Comfort and publicity

A day of victory

Get together? "

Their songs

Is so melodious

The sun shines on them.

Stand proudly.

And bare arms.

And a forehead shining with dignity

Their songs

Went to the other side of the bridge?

The streets are overcrowded.

Bathed in the sun

The other side of the street

A group of workers in clothes covered with soot.

Handling machine

The edges and corners of the metal are shining with white light.

The sun shines? What is the animal husbandry system in Liuzigou? Knock the horn?

They gave a slow and heavy cry.

"Hang-yo!

Hang-yo

We are workers.

Workers are the most pitiful.

Born in poverty

Grow up through labor

Busy all year round.

For food and clothes

I am full.

It's not warm in it.

Since August 13

The enemy is attacking.

The factory was blown up.

Everything was robbed.

Tens of millions of workers

Hunger and exile

We're in the rear.

We should step up our labor.

Produce for the country

Sweat for the war of resistance

A day of victory

Life is full and warm.

Hang-yo

Hangyou? "

They bring a lot of noise.

That timely phone call

They started.

From the neat footsteps

I heard.

"one! Two! Three! Four!

One! Two! Three! Four!

We come from the fields.

We come from a mountain village.

We live in a small room.

We are breathing in the barn.

We plow, plow.

The enemy came to our hometown.

Our hut was burnt down.

Our livestock have been eaten up.

Our parents were killed.

Our wives and daughters were raped.

We have no sickles and hoes.

Only carrying bullets and guns on your back

We're going to use flashing bayonets

Take back our land.

Go back to our hometown

Destroy our enemies.

Where did the enemy's feet go?

Where does the enemy's blood flow?

One! Two! Three! Four!

One! Two! Three! four

"

What kind of adventure is this?

Today is eight o'clock.

today

Running on the path of the sun

I no longer hang my head.

Put your hands in your pockets.

No more whistling in the mouth means loneliness.

Don't look at the clouds on the horizon.

Don't wander on the sidewalk.

today

In the sunny crowd.

I will never concentrate on looking for it.

Those sad faces like me

today

The sun kissed my tearful cheek last night.

Kiss me tired of the ugly eyes of the world

Kiss my dumb lips for justice.

Kiss me, it's premature aging

Ah! Shaking back

today

I heard.

The sun said to me

"Come to me.

start from today

You should be happy, right? "

therefore

Fascinated by a new day

The sound of bugles coming from the suburbs in the early morning delighted me.

I'm glad to be crowded in a busy crowd.

I'm glad to hear the sound of beating gongs and drums in the street.

I like circus performances.

When I see those primitive, rude and healthy sports.

I will love them deeply.

-Just as I love the sun.

today

I thank the sun.

The sun reminds me of my childhood.

I asked the sun.

I run very fast.

Still riding on the wheel of enthusiasm

The sun is on my head.

There is no stronger light than this.

Burn my body

Encouraged by its heat.

I used a hoarse voice

Singing:

"So, my heart.

Torn by the hand of fire

A stale soul

Abandoned riverside? "

At this moment

I am interested in what I see and hear.

I feel more generous and loving than ever before.

I even want to die in this bright age?

April Wuchang 1938

Extended data:

Creation background:1April, 938, Ai Qing returned to Wuhan from the war-torn north, and wrote a long poem "Towards the Sun" with strong and rich emotions. For more than half a century, the history of modern literature in China and literary critics unanimously praised it as an important and excellent poem in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression period because of the author's spirit of continuous exploration of life and art and his broad aesthetic realm. Because it not only marks that Ai Qing's creative path has reached a new height, but also has a wide and far-reaching impact on the development of China's poetry creation.

To the Sun is more than 400 lines long, which is the longest poem by Ai Qing in 1930s. It consists of nine independent chapters that echo each other. Although there are many different scenes and characters in this poem, they are not mainly narrative. The author still writes in a simple, frank and personalized lyrical way, and takes the emotion of the first person "I" (the author himself) as the main line and lifeline of the whole poem from beginning to end.
