The vision of the choir
The purpose of poetry class
1. Lead the congregation to worship and praise the Trinity God with poems.
2. On behalf of the congregation, offer poetry as a sacrifice to God.
3. Use poetry to teach, encourage, comfort, release and heal, and use poetry to preach the gospel.
Service Items
1. Sunday worship group.
2. Special festivals (according to the church calendar)/music sermons, etc.
3. Support the poetry leader of the group.
4. Support children's worship.
5. Other foreign concerts or religious music services.
Qualification of collective members
1. Christians who are reborn and saved will participate in the fellowship of our church steadily and are willing to serve God wholeheartedly in singing.
2. Those who are not immersed in Taoism must promise to attend group meetings or Taoist classes, and welcome to participate in practice.
3. You can become a regular class member only after being soaked.
4. Fill in the audition data sheet and become a quasi-class member after conducting the interview and audition.
A dropout must take part in poetry class practice steadily for three months in a row and reach an agreement to abide by the class code before he can become a formal class member.
6. Those who are examined as members of the formal class will be issued a contract letter of appointment, and a poem robe and a music piece will be prepared. Regular class members must attend poetry classes for at least one year.
The rules of the choir
1. The fixed service of the choir and the sacred music service approved by the same trade union shall not be late, leave early or absent without reason.
2. Anyone who can't attend due to illness, business trip, vacation or family weddings, funerals and celebrations must ask for leave in advance (those who can't ask for leave in an emergency can ask for leave afterwards).
3. If you are absent once, the vice monitor will care about the reasons for your absence; If he is absent for more than two times in a row, the deputy monitor shall notify the relevant team leader or sound minister to care about the reasons for his absence; If the vice squad leader, group leader or minister of sound department pays attention to and urges, the choir can discuss with the trade union to persuade it to quit and report to the conductor.
4. If the shift members need to take leave for more than 1- 12 months (long vacation). Please explain the reason to the commander and tell him to return to the choir at the scheduled time.
5. Please keep the qualification of the long vacation class; Those who take a long vacation for more than one year are deemed to have left the poetry class.
6. If you have to leave your job because you can't perform the duties of the class, you should explain the reasons to the commander. If the class membership is unqualified, the right to use the poem robe/music clip/music cabinet will be taken back.
Practice notes
1. Don't be late, leave early or be absent without reason. Please arrive ten minutes before the poem begins, arrange the music score and be prepared to be persuaded.
2. Prepare a pencil to mark the score. During the practice time, you must obey the commander's command and maintain the practice order.
Description of poetry dedication
1. Participate in various poetry classes.
2. If you can't attend, you should ask for leave according to regulations.
3. Pray for every service, ask God to be clean, give him the spirit of unity, and accept every service.
4. Assembly time: arrive at the designated assembly place at the designated time, put on robes and prepare for practice.
5. When offering poems, arrange them neatly according to the formation of offering poems, and memorize the order and timing from top to bottom.
Instructions for the use of poetry scores and music fragments
1. Poetry music scores and music clips are the public property of the church. Please use them with caution. Please notify the music score service if there is any damage.
2. Please put the music score and music folder in the music cabinet of the poetry class and do not bring them back without permission.
3. Every ordinary class member is assigned a score of each poem, which will be used in practice time and poem dedication. If you accidentally lose it, you have to pay for it.
Instructions for the use of uniforms in poetry classes
1. Choir uniforms belong to church property, please cherish them. Please inform the tour leader if there is any damage.
2. Individuals are responsible for cleaning the uniforms of the choir. Please contact the laundry service and don't bring it back by yourself.
3. When presenting poems, please take your robe according to the famous brand. After the poem is submitted, the individual should hang it back according to the famous brand.
4. Please don't eat, go to the toilet or stand against the wall when wearing a poem robe. Take off your robe if necessary.
