Where does He Jiang come from?

He Jiang (1949-), a Beijinger, 1968 worked as a worker in Beijing after graduating from high school. He began to write poetry in the 1970s, and 1980 published the poem Variations on the Stars for the first time. His monument was the real symbol of his arrival in the misty poetry world. 1985 After the publication of The Sun and Its Reflection, a group of poems based on ancient myths, He Jiang stopped writing poems. His poetry collections include Starting from Here, The Sun and Its Reflection, etc. During the short writing period, He Jiang's poems showed different creative tendencies, including magnificent and heroic political lyrics, such as early monuments and unfinished poems, which reflected the poet's strong sense of urgency and mission in the face of the future of the motherland and the destiny of the nation. There are also poems with deep historical myths, such as The Sun and Its Reflection, which was written later. In the calm and objective narration, the poet regards mythical figures and their behaviors as aesthetic objects and a part of nature, so as to explore the aesthetic characteristics of the Han nationality. In addition to these "epics", He Jiang also wrote many fresh and beautiful lyric poems, such as Hometown and Golden Poems, which conveyed the poet's artistic talent with delicate artistic feelings.
