Yang Beifang (1970-), formerly known as Ji Shuzhe, is a Hui nationality and a native of Huanghua, Hebei. Writer, screenwriter. Member of the Chinese Writers Association and a contracted writer with the Hebei Academy of Literature. Student of the 4th Lu Xun Institute of Literature Advanced Research Class for Writers. His debut work was published in the "Poetry Monthly" that year.
