I especially like Anne's series of novels (Montgomery's). I remember whether there is an original work of 10 or an original work of 1 1.

Well, the following eight books can be found in China at present. As for the unpublished books that are still being translated, they can't be found. Maybe it's just a press pass.

I send you the catalogue of eight books that can be found in this series, hoping it will be helpful to you.

Annie's series of novels-content introduction

anne of green gables

It tells the story that Anne, an orphan whose parents died, was mistakenly taken back from the orphanage by Matthew and Marilla in Avonli Village, Prince Edward Island, and began her growing years in Green Gables. "Girl Anne" is about Anne working as a primary school teacher in her hometown. Anne, a female college student, wrote that Anne studied for a bachelor's degree and experienced making friends and falling in love. Anne in the Wind tells a colorful story about her becoming a middle school principal after graduating from college by writing a letter to her fiance. Anne in the Dream Cabin writes that Anne has started her married life and is still full of love and curiosity about everything. In Anne of Fireplace Hill, Anne presided over a big family with six children, which was really mature. In Rainbow Valley, when the children grow up, Anne gives them a warm, happy and loving education. Leila at Fireplace Hill shows the growth of Anne's youngest daughter Leila in World War II and the influence of the war on Anne's family. This series of novels shows the complete growth process of a foreign girl with charming artistic charm and conquers the hearts of girls all over the world. Anne has become "the most touching and beloved child image after the immortal Alice." (Mark Twain)

Anne series novels-author profile:

Lucy maud montgomery (1874+065438+1October 30th) was born in Clifton, Prince Edward Island. At the age of two, her mother died of tuberculosis, and her father, a businessman, remarried, and soon moved out of Prince Edward Island, leaving little Lucy to be raised by her grandparents. Since childhood, she has lived with her grandparents in an old farmhouse surrounded by apple orchards in cavendish Village, and participated in various farm work.

? Prince Edward Island is one of the most beautiful provinces in Canada. It cultivated Lucy's lifelong love for nature, which was strongly expressed in her works. She loved literature since childhood and began to write poems at the age of nine. A composition she wrote at the age of fifteen won the third prize in the All-Canada Composition Competition and published her first poem. From 1893 to 1894, Lucy entered Prince William University for further study and obtained a teacher's license. After only one year of teaching, she continued to study literature at Dalehouse University in Halifax. After her grandfather died, Lucy returned to cavendish Village to take care of her grandmother while teaching.

From 190 1 to 1902, Lucy worked as the female editor of Echo Daily in Halifax. Her two relationships ended in discord. 1904, Lucy began to write Anne of the Green Gables. By this time, she was thirty years old. After being rejected five times, she was finally published in 1908 by Page Publishing House in Boston, USA. It quickly became a best seller, reprinted six times a year, and printed fifteen times in Britain the following year. Letters from millions of admirers rained down on female writers in Prince Edward Island, hoping to know, "What happened to little Anne?" Interestingly, the noble words of the great writer Mark Twain were also squeezed into piles of letters. Old Twain was weak and lonely in his later years, and Anne's story illuminated his predicament. He wrote excitedly and happily: "Annie is the most touching and favorite child image after the immortal Alice."

With the encouragement and support of readers, Lucy carefully wrote Anne's stories one by one. 1906, she was secretly engaged to Evan McDonald, a priest who was going to study in Scotland. She got married in 19 1 1 and gave birth to three sons (one of whom died). As a wife and mother, Lucy is not only responsible for all the housework, but also undertakes all the "social work" of the pastor's wife, such as Sunday school, Christmas performance and talking with all kinds of people ... In the long busy years, she has to squeeze out a few hours to read and write every day, and her life-long efforts have yielded fruitful results. * * * has written over 20 novels, as well as many short stories, poems, autobiographies and ten other works. 1942, Lucy died of coronary artery thrombosis in Toronto one year before her husband died. Later, she was buried with her husband in cavendish Community Cemetery. The green gabled farmhouse is located in cavendish Village. It was originally the background of Anne of Green Gables, but now it has been built into a museum, which reproduces the rooms of Anne, Matthew and Marilla, just like real people. The female writer's tomb is not far to the west, and the tombstone is facing the green gabled farmhouse. The fascinating "lover's path" and "haunted forest" in the novel are all around the cemetery.

Annie's series of novels-main characters:

Anne Shirley (played by Anne Blyth): A girl with red hair and freckles (I can't stand criticism of her red hair and freckles! )。 His mother died when he was young, and his father died soon after. After many twists and turns (living in many families and taking care of many pairs of twins), she was adopted by an old brother and sister on Edward Island (they originally wanted to adopt a boy) and started her new life in Green Gables farmhouse. She likes fantasy, loves nature and says whatever she wants. She is always busy and often does something wrong because of it. The nature of loving beauty often makes jokes. Frank, kind, hardworking and cherish friendship. ?

Matthew Cuthbert: The owner of Green Gables' farmhouse is introverted. Except Marilla and Mrs. Linde, he is afraid to talk to other women (the scene where he went to buy cloth alone but happened to meet the waitress was particularly interesting). But he is a very kind person. He was the first person to discover the "girl switch incident", but he didn't have the heart to tell the truth to this little red-haired girl who was full of hope and fantasy about her "new home". Later, it was at his insistence that Anne was finally left at the Green Gables farmhouse. I love Annie very much. In his eyes, Anne is a very, very good little girl. It is Anne's closest relative in the world, and Anne herself once said to Marilla, "If it is Matthew, he will certainly understand". At the end of Anne of Green Gables, she died of a heart attack (touching scene). ?

Marina Cuthbert: Sister of Matthew Cuthbert and owner of Green Gables' farmhouse. His temper is quite different from Matthew's. Marilla is a prim and serious person. Anne's education is very strict, sometimes even a little too much. But in my heart, I really like this little guy who loves to talk and fantasize. When Anne went to study at Queen's College, one night, Marilla cried because she missed Anne. Because I love her, I am afraid that I will indulge her too much, so I unconsciously become very strict. The best example of "beating is pain, scolding is love". ?

Zhejiang literature and art edition

Diana Barry (Diana Wright): Annie's good friend, with beautiful black hair and black eyes, is kind and cheerful, but weak. Like Anne, I cherish their friendship very much. Annie's best friend. I can hardly live without Annie. ?

Gilbert Blyth: When Anne was a child, they had an argument because Gilbert made a joke and called Anne a "redhead". Anne vowed to hate him for life, but Gilbert fell in love with this special red-haired girl. Later, because he gave Annie the opportunity to receive vocational education in our school, the relationship between them was reconciled. When they were at Anne University, they were alumni. Gilbert's confession to Anne was rejected. At the end of Anne, a female college student, when Anne heard that Gilbert was seriously ill and might die, she finally came to her senses. She has always loved Gilbert. Gilbert will be seriously ill, firstly because of his health, and secondly because he thinks Anne is going to marry Roy Gardiner. Finally, Gilbert heard that Anne turned down Roy Gardiner's proposal of marriage and miraculously got better. The two finally got together and got engaged. When Anne was the headmaster of Xiayuan Town, Guibert was studying medicine. The two talked by email. Of course, in Anne of the Dream House, they got married. In later stories, they had children, which was mentioned in Anne of Warm Fireplace Villa. Anne became the "doctor's wife". ?

Miss Rivenda: Anne's dearest first teacher. ?

Mrs Rachel Linde: Old neighbor and good friend of Cuthbert's brother and sister. She is a very traditional British woman (Canada at that time completely followed British customs (Chongqing version), and she likes to pay attention to other people's affairs. The original words in the book: "If you want to pass Rachel Linde's house without paying attention to decency and etiquette, you can't escape Mrs. Linde's keen eyes. At this time, Mrs. Linde is sitting at the window, with sharp eyes on the outside world, from the stream to the urchin. No matter what unusual things she finds, she will try to find out, otherwise she will not be at ease. " So, when they first got along with Annie, there were many contradictions, but in the end they all cleared up their differences. When I was in Anne, a college girl, I moved to the green gabled farmhouse. ?

David keith &; Dora Keith: When Anne was a teacher in Avonley, Marilla adopted her twin brother and sister. Her brother's naughty behavior gave Anne a headache. ?

Lila Blyth: Anne's youngest daughter, with reddish-brown hair (from her mother Anne) and hazel eyes (from her father Gilbert), will grow up to be the most beautiful girl in Rainbow Valley. She was nicknamed "Spider" by her brothers and sisters, and she deeply loved her second brother Walter (the most handsome boy in Fireplace Villa). Walter gave her a nickname "Lila-my Lila" (homophonic with her middle name Marilla, which was obviously named by Anne in memory of the late Marilla). Later, I fell in love with Kenneth Ford, a Ford child, and had a private life with him.
