In the warm winter sun, on the afternoon of February 26th, 20021/kloc-0, all ninth-grade Chinese teachers in Gaobeidian city gathered in Gaobeidian No.2 Middle School to participate in the joint teaching and research of Gaobeidian docking with the space city affiliated to Peking University. This activity was taught by Luo Yan, a teacher from Aerospace City, a middle school affiliated to the National People's Congress. With the theme of "focusing on reading elements and appreciating the art of novels", this paper explores the secluded road of novel teaching. Although one and a half hours of teaching and research is over, the thinking left for me is far from over.
I think it is mainly manifested in the following aspects:
First, docking curriculum standards, accurate analysis of teaching materials
Civil aviation teachers' understanding of curriculum standards and analysis of teaching materials are accurate, accurate and thorough. Usually, when we teach a certain content, we only know the requirements of the curriculum standards of that period, while civil aviation teachers not only pay attention to the requirements of the curriculum standards of that period, but also pay attention to the requirements of the curriculum standards of primary schools and high schools for the same teaching content. There is not only theoretical support, but also expert explanation. It is not only the interpretation of content, but also the presentation of evaluation. From a strategic perspective, this paper shows us how to pay attention to the elements of novels and the core literacy of Chinese in the early stage of preparing lessons.
Second, lead classroom teaching with activities and tasks, and integrate core literacy into classroom teaching.
What makes me think is the teaching design of three novels by the teacher of People's Aviation. Whether it is the design of each text or the design of each class, it really leads classroom teaching with activity tasks and integrates core literacy into classroom teaching.
Like Lu Xun's classic title "Hometown", the full text is designed in this way. Two Hometown Couplets by He and Nanpubie by Bai Juyi were used in the three classes, and the imported design created corresponding situations for the teaching content of each class. Two or three activities are designed in each class to complete teaching tasks, and different tasks are set for students to complete in each activity. These tasks are gradually promoted from the shallow to the deep, from easy to difficult, and from knowledge to ability, which fully shows the skills and innovative consciousness of civil aviation teachers in design teaching. For traditional teaching, it is a dynamic innovation. When students complete these activities, they virtually complete the training of overall perception, understanding and analysis, appreciation and evaluation in novel reading.
In addition, the teachers of People's Airlines also grasp the elements to read and appreciate the charm of classic works. Hometown focuses on the contrast between characters and environment to explore the theme of the work; My Uncle Yule explores the rich connotation of the novel by analyzing its plot arrangement skills and perspective beauty. A Lonely Journey savors Du Xiaokang's loneliness by describing the characters' psychology and environment. These designs are closely related to the elements of reading teaching and cultivate students' core literacy.
Third, set up homework skillfully to improve students' ability.
What makes me feel refreshed most is the homework design of the teachers of People's Aviation. Their operations are divided into three categories: navigation operations, pilot operations and self-propelled operations. There are various forms of homework, such as completing the reading of similar novels, rewriting by changing the narrative perspective, expanding by imagining characters experience, discussing lyrical training micro-writing, rewriting textbooks and dramas, exploring homework, reading poetic novels and even creating novels with a given poetic artistic conception. The design of these assignments has taken a new step in the cultivation of students' literacy. Compared with my normal life, I am a little less careful in the design of my homework. The homework type is single and mechanical, mostly for consolidating knowledge, and rarely points to language training and thinking training.
In short, through this study, I deeply realize that to be an excellent Chinese teacher, the road ahead is long, and we should follow the light.

? -thoughts on watching the annual meeting of people's aviation scientific research
At the end of the long winter vacation, the school working group issued a notice asking all teachers to attend the People's Airlines Online Annual Meeting at home. Based on my previous understanding of joint teaching and research, I know this is a very rare learning opportunity. After watching the annual meeting, I once again realized the teaching charm rooted in civil aviation teachers.
First, forward-looking leadership is the source of charm.
The headmaster is the spiritual leader of a school and the core and key of school education. Chairman Zhou Jianhua's work report made me deeply aware of this. Not to mention the impressive achievements of People's Airlines 202 1, the work in 2022 alone deeply touched me. A table lists the main work of the year, from outline to specific work, from team building to teachers' professional development, from curriculum construction to classroom teaching, all of which reveal President Zhou's foresight in school management and the height and depth of educational and teaching theory research. What impressed me most was his interpretation of the new curriculum standard and the concept of teachers' professional development. The in-depth interpretation of the new curriculum standards can guide the direction of teachers in teaching, and the concept of teachers' professional development constantly promotes teachers' professional growth. I think, with such leadership, a school can become famous and create good results in less than five years. Other teachers mentioned "President Zhou said" from time to time in their reports, which just confirmed this point. This is the real source of the charm of this school.
Second, the wonderful discipline construction is the flower of charm.
Curriculum is an important carrier of school education and the engine of students' learning. A high-quality curriculum can make a high-quality school; A high-quality school is bound to build a set of high-quality courses. The construction of excellent courses is inseparable from the efforts of teachers.
From "Elegant Cup" to "Beijing Education Cup", behind the compact timetable, Zhang Hailing's painstaking efforts from preparing materials, submitting materials to defending lectures are condensed. All this stems from the accumulation, consultation, discussion and polishing of teachers. At the same time, we should seize the opportunity to improve the professional level, lecture level and internalization skills.
From curriculum schedule to curriculum reform, what is revealed behind the honor is the people's aviation teacher's interpretation of curriculum standards and research on teaching materials. Time and again, club activities highlight the characteristics of school courses, and the opening of school-based courses such as dance clubs, rope colorful flying, safety courses and ice courses all make people bloom his charm.
Moral education management in the "Three Five" education is the core charm.
The management of school moral education depends to a great extent on the management of the class by the head teacher. It can be said that the head teacher is the organizer of class work, the director of class collective construction, the leader of students' healthy growth and the guardian of students' hearts. Whether it is to open the door to students' hearts, to condense a cohesive force, or to build a flying class that encourages personality growth; Or the implementation of the work of the class teacher who uses five kinds of education: discipline education, activity education and service education; I have benefited a lot from the focused student evaluation strategy of rational analysis, summing up gains and losses, continuous tracking and multiple evaluations supported by big data. Usually we also use data to analyze students, but pay more attention to superficial data and summary of gains and losses, that is, we only pay attention to data and problems, and do not do enough for follow-up measures. People's aviation teacher set an example for us in this respect, and also pointed out the direction for our specific operation.
Civil aviation teachers are undoubtedly an excellent team. Only when you meet the sage Si Qi and reflect on yourself can you walk on the road of Excellence.

Accurately prepare for the senior high school entrance examination.
-Learning experience of participating in the joint teaching and research on April 30th.
Composition teaching has always been a long-standing problem in Chinese teaching, especially for the ninth grade Chinese teaching for the senior high school entrance examination. Today, after listening to Luo Yan's lecture on "Raising awareness and making effective decisions", I was greatly inspired. I think this points out the way forward and provides an effective method for our senior high school entrance examination composition review teaching.
Teacher Luo Yan talked about the objectives, ideas and methods of writing teaching from four aspects: the requirements of curriculum standards, the significance of preparing for exams, the characteristics of topics and the strategies of solving problems.
The first is the guidance of curriculum standards.
Teacher Luo started with the requirements of the new curriculum standard for writing teaching in 2022, and provided clear goals and ideas for our teaching from material selection to conception, from content to method.
Second, theoretical support.
In the sense of preparing for the exam, Mr. Luo quoted the book Chinese Pedagogy to talk about the problem of writing ability. It is pointed out that "writing ability is a comprehensive ability. It includes not only the mastery of writing knowledge, the application of writing skills, the expression ability of written language, but also the ability to observe, analyze and recognize things. From the article written by a student, we can measure his ability to understand and express Chinese, whether he has certain knowledge, and measure the level of ideological understanding from one side. " What writing teaching usually lacks is theoretical support, which should be a focus of our future study.
Third, clear characteristics.
From the comparison of composition topics between Hebei senior high school entrance examination and Beijing senior high school entrance examination in recent years, Mr. Luo analyzed several characteristics of composition topics, including material selection, article genre, interest and presentation mode of articles. These analyses are very penetrating and give us a clear idea of the overall grasp of the composition topic.
Fourth, method guidance.
Teacher Luo talked about how to cultivate students' writing ability from the perspective of problem-solving strategies. This problem is expounded from four aspects.
First of all, there are many ways to find materials. What impressed me in this respect was "grasping a point in life and generating my own material". The "generation" here is based on real life and forms its own writing "material" with the help of association. This is how the works of famous artists are produced, from which I think of some excellent composition exercises I found in writing teaching, all of which are "generated" in real life. Only by letting students learn to observe life and record life can they have a lot of materials.
Secondly, use teaching materials to master the rules. Textbooks are the best example. In the process of analyzing the characteristics of text writing, students have the most intuitive experience on how to write articles. Learn to write from textbooks and cultivate students' writing ability on the basis of attaching importance to and returning to the text. Here, Teacher Luo specifically pointed out how to use the teaching materials. For example, we can learn writing methods from texts. In the process of learning, we should not only pay attention to the writing method of an article, but also guide students to pay attention to a certain writing method of a certain type of article. In fact, this is the same as what we usually say about reading teaching. You can also learn language expression from the text. The language requirement of composition is different from that of reading, and the language of composition pays more attention to the function of a word in a structured article. This is precisely the problem that is easy to appear in students' homework, so students can be trained with different types of articles and different language forms. I think this point is neglected in my own teaching practice, and it is also an aspect that should be improved in future teaching. You can also use the text to understand the layout of the article. In fact, in the exam, we often find some unclear writing. In the final analysis, students have no clear sense of style, so we need to teach students corresponding writing methods according to different styles in teaching. Only in this way can students write excellent exercises.
The third is to strengthen the revision and understand the Tao. In this regard, I think Mr. Luo has set a good example for us. Composition correction is a heavy project, no matter from the principle or method of correction.
Finally, it is versatile and flexible. The materials that students have are limited. How to deal with infinite unknowns with limited materials? Several examples given by Teacher Luo made me feel sober.
Of course, if there is no practice, even the best theory is just a theory. Therefore, in the future teaching, I will actively practice, improve my professional level and exercise students' writing ability.
