Brief introduction of Lai Chi Wan Chung

Lai Chi Wan Yong is a famous scenic spot in Guangzhou. There is an ancient poem that says, "A bay is green and litchi on both sides is red". This poem describes Lai Chi Wan Chung. In ancient times, the beauty of the water town here was once the first scene in Lingnan and the birthplace of Liwan boat porridge. After transformation and development, Lizhi Bay reappears the style of Lingnan water town.

Lai Chi Wan Chung is located in Pantang, Xiguan, Liwan District, Guangzhou. It is a general term for Xiguan Chung and Litchi Chung. The way to play is to walk in litchi Bay or take a boat. Enter from Pantang Road and walk along the river. You can take a cruise at Wenta Square and Litchi Bay at the entrance of Liang's Ancestral Hall, and have tea and Cantonese dim sum on board. You can see the architectural style with Lingnan characteristics on both sides of the strait. There is a tourist information center next to Wenta.

If you choose to walk around, you can look at the old building along Enning Road until you see the pink and green litchi Bay. Then buy a water chestnut cake or Ma Tishuang made of horseshoes by the river, one of the five shows in Pantang, and go to the nearby Liwan Lake Park to eat a bowl of boat porridge.
