However, if you can skillfully combine them, fully arouse students' enthusiasm for learning in teaching, and make learning really become students' own business, instead of demanding everything, you just need to delete the complex and simplify it; Attach importance to students' preview and expand their knowledge; Teachers only teach difficult problems in class, while students only learn "I can't". Reading, speaking, remembering and writing in each class, the speed of action and the action form a tune that constantly changes the melody, so you can get twice the result with half the effort and follow the natural results. Let's talk about my approach from five aspects.
First of all, "smart" literacy promotes speech.
1, eliminate fear and build confidence
Chinese is a big tree, and Chinese characters are its roots. Vocabulary teaching is very important in junior middle school Chinese teaching. However, children are young, lack of knowledge and have a large amount of literacy. At this time, teachers should skillfully resolve children's fears and help them build confidence. No matter what new knowledge I learn, I will tell my students: "It's not difficult, it's good to learn. I can't learn from the teacher to help you! " For example, when I first started learning Chinese characters, I said to my children, "Chinese is not difficult to learn because it is our mother tongue." You were listening to people when you were in your mother's belly, and you can talk when you are over one year old. In kindergarten, you recited so many children's songs and ancient poems. What we have to do now is to read and memorize Chinese characters. Remembering Chinese characters is not only regular but also interesting. You'll know when you learn. "I teach children to be confident and show their self-confidence: straight back, bright eyes, follow the teacher's eyes, answer questions clearly and loudly, and sit down automatically after answering. After a period of training, children will do well in class. Therefore, by helping children to eliminate fear, let him dare to face difficulties; Helping the child overcome difficulties has increased his confidence; When children have self-confidence, they take the first step to success.
2, learn one belt and two, explain it in simple terms.
I encourage students to read more books, write well and teach them literacy methods and skills, such as pictographic literacy, radical literacy, homophone literacy, essay literacy and life literacy. For example, when learning pinyin, bring out new words (sunrise at the beginning of the day), and when learning single words, bring out combined words (fire: lights, lights, flowers, rotten; Xiao: eliminate, take, jump, sharp, waste and cut), and bring out similar words when learning combined words. For example, when learning "thirst" and "drinking", I made up a formula "I will give you water when you are thirsty, and I will open my mouth when you drink water". When students say new words, they can write on the blackboard when they have time, but they can only write when they have no time. Moreover, don't tell children that this word is not a category and can't be done. As long as it is radical, because we are studying, not looking up a dictionary, and it is not too late to learn to look up a dictionary now. Another is not to let students recite it deliberately. The purpose of this is to stimulate students' enthusiasm for literacy and make children feel that Chinese characters are very interesting. Through continuous accumulation, the students learned a lot of Chinese characters, which laid the foundation for his smooth reading in the future. However, when testing students' mastery of what they have learned, they should return to the text, so that students can learn their lessons in a down-to-earth manner and never increase their learning burden at will. The result of doing so can only embarrass the top students, which is simply a disaster for the students with learning difficulties. You have intentionally or unintentionally destroyed the confidence that the child has just established, and it is not worth the loss. This is the simple explanation, thick accumulation and thin hair.
3. Pay attention to preview and answer questions.
In the second grade, I put special emphasis on preview, such as learning two fables. My homework is to be familiar with the text and learn words from the students. Why don't I ask students to read the text many times? This is a matter of quantity. Students can read it several times according to their own situation, as long as they read it fluently. But I ask that I must look up new words in the dictionary to write a book. Of course, every reading has a purpose. Then check the new words. The teacher reports to the students, the structure of the words and the crossword puzzle. For example, nine of the new words 18 in the lesson of counting fruits are "wood", so I will quote the radicals to let the students say the words. Me: side wood word, sheng: skin. In short, learning from multiple angles and in a way that students like to see and hear makes the classroom a stage for students to show their learning effects. The more fully prepared the students are, the more active they will be, and the students will study actively and happily. Teachers only need to grasp a few key and difficult explanations and demonstrations. For example, after learning the text, I asked, "The students have studied very carefully and comprehensively. 4. Distinguish the meaning of words and correct mistakes.
Students' enthusiasm for literacy has improved, and the speed of reciting has accelerated. How to improve the accuracy? I ask students to carefully observe the big points and small points of each Chinese character, and draw inferences from others so that students can read it accurately. I also spend time measuring speed and training children to remember quickly. How do you remember new words? I used a dictation contest to check. I never change my homework. There are 10 new words. The students recorded five in class, and you can write the remaining five tonight. Every night, parents dictate, I dictate in class, and parents only dictate new words. I dictated one word and four words. Students have the right to say the words they dictate, and whoever says the words are good will write them. Usually dictation is changed at the same table, and I only change the unit dictation competition. I used snowball dictation: "Dictation in one class, summarization in two classes, unit passing, typo writing (changed to' say goodbye with typo' at the end of the term)". This requires a teacher to be a conscientious person. I write down the words with high error rate in each unit of each lesson, dictate the second lesson with the words that are easy to make mistakes in the first lesson, and make an error correction demonstration in each unit, so that students can write their wrong words correctly on the blackboard. He remembers what his typo is, and I also remember who wrote it. When I dictate this word, I will say: this is XXX's word. You can imagine how embarrassed he was when he blushed. Although the pertinence is too strong and a bit unkind, the effect is good. I think being too kind to students' mistakes is the teacher's biggest mistake. By the end of the semester, students will remember several words that are easily misspelled and confused. For example, there are two students who always write "fu" next to the word "fu" in the idiom "six gods have no master" How many times have you said that "Fu" has something to do with blessing and sacrifice, not clothes. Such as gods, rituals, blessings, prayers, etc. These words are beside the word "water". It's no use. He took the right photos. I was in a hurry and walked up to them and said wittily, "God, you are the only god in my heart (I held out a finger), the unique god (I held out another finger), remember?" "Remember." "How many points?" "One point." Since then, the word has never been misspelled. Another example is the idiom "talking and laughing". Students write the sound as "sound", and some people make mistakes after explaining and dictating it several times. I thought for a moment and said, "The wind you wrote is the sound of the wind. Our' laughing and laughing' is that you are in high spirits and laughing and laughing, which makes you write like this, which actually leads to sandstorms?" Middle school students who love to laugh will remember "talking and laughing." I also introduced the competition mechanism and reward system. Dictation adopts the proportion of men and women, the proportion of deskmates, the proportion of groups, and the dictation meeting. I adapted the dictation meeting of CCTV. I dictated two kinds of words in order to encourage top students to remember more Chinese characters. As long as it is a competition, there will be a prize for full marks.
5. Words cannot be separated from words, and words cannot be separated from sentences.
Students can correctly understand the meaning of words and use them flexibly in learning, and teachers need to strengthen training and guidance. For example, there is a fill-in-the-blank question in Chef Little Goat: "The dishes cooked by little goats are particularly tasty, everyone. (Gobble with relish) ",under what circumstances will it be" swept away "? Is it "with relish" or "wolfing down"? Students know that "unique flavor" tastes "with relish" and the result of "wolfing down" is "swept away", so he will use it correctly. When making sentences with words, I pay attention to guiding students to divergent thinking. For example, the first student said, "I wash my face and brush my teeth as soon as I get up." The other said, "I will do my homework as soon as I get home." I observed the whole class thinking, and I knew they were in trouble. I raised my voice and encouraged them to say, "Yes, you can. But there is no technical content. Let's start with the essence version. I said you have to make a sentence, come-'animals'. " The student's brain immediately opened wide: "The puppy barked at me as soon as I got home." "As soon as the cock crows, the sun comes out." "As soon as the bird woke up, it stood on the branch and combed its feathers." Seeing that the students could not connect, I quickly changed the words "people", "school" and "environment". Under the guidance of the teacher, the students' sentences are more exciting: "As soon as I entered the school gate, I heard the sound of reading." "Peach blossoms are in full bloom in spring." This is a way for teachers to use their brains more, and students will gain more if they play more.
Second, on how the experience of "Joe" was written.
Junior students will encounter many difficulties when learning to write, such as nonstandard language, disordered word order or nothing to say, words they have learned are useless, and many words they have memorized are useless. This requires teachers to pay attention to students' language accumulation, guide students to speak and write, let students experience it personally, and cultivate imagination, observation and expressiveness in the experience. I just want students to be polite and learn to speak. After class, I lined up in the back, deliberately crossed out a student's book, then slowly bent down to pick it up and said, "I'm sorry." Then ask the students to talk about what to do if they accidentally do something wrong. Just last year, there was a situational fill-in-the-blank question in the final exam: Ming Ming accidentally knocked over the book at the same table, he said, and then he. Many students wrote: he said he was sorry, and then he said I didn't mean to. Most students in our class wrote "He said he was sorry, I didn't mean to. Then he picked up the book. How to guide primary school students to write? The first method I use is accumulation. A famous educator has said many times, "Children need encouragement, just as plants need watering." Children can't survive without encouragement. Teachers' sincere and selfless appreciation and encouragement to children is the best means to stimulate children's enthusiasm; It is an important way to cultivate the feelings of teachers and students; It is a bridge to the success of education and teaching; This is the art of teachers' work. However, it is not easy to learn to encourage students in a timely and appropriate manner. Every teacher should be good at observation and discovery, study and think carefully, get to know students deeply and find effective ways to motivate students. In the usual education and teaching, I pay special attention to the use of incentives, which I call "stimulating positive energy". In our teaching, due to the psychological influence of "I hope students can master what they have learned as soon as possible", some teachers often chew up the knowledge and feed it to students in the hope that they can learn it, so even if they slow down the pace of class, they don't know that you are killing students' enthusiasm for learning, and the final result is that they will soon feel bored and careless and will never get up slowly. In fact, we all know that it is the ups and downs of mountains that lead to streams. A study by the American Institute of Inspiration Strategy shows that students are usually more involved when teachers explain the teaching content in a fast-paced way in class. Therefore, we should learn new knowledge quickly in class. When we feel that students' learning vitality is weakening, we will push the course down and enter another climax. Even for students who are relatively slow to respond, we can't slow down to adapt to them, but use the power of hope and the enthusiasm of our peers to motivate them to catch up with the pace of teaching. Therefore, teachers should prepare lessons carefully before class, grasp the important and difficult points of teaching, understand students' cognitive level and emotional state, and adjust the classroom rhythm according to the difficulty of the course in the teaching process. The difficulty should be slow and the easy part should be fast. I usually mobilize students' emotions in class first, then speed up the pace, let students finish the teaching of words and expressions in excitement, then slow down the pace, calm down and study the text, and finally write quietly or perform passionately.
