This is the tenth poem about picking mulberry seeds. Different from the first nine songs, this one is mainly lyrical, and the feelings expressed are not limited to the "West Lake". It is not only like a lyric summary of Yingzhou West Lake Ci, but also contains a wider understanding of life.

The first two sentences of the word trace back to the experience of knowing Yingzhou in previous years. Here, in order to highlight my love for the West Lake, I specially associate Yingzhou with "Love the West Lake", so I am old and kissed. It is also to show your indifference to fame and fortune and your love for mountains and rivers.

"Rich and floating clouds, pitching for twenty years in the spring", suddenly pulled back from the past "to hold Zhu Lun". In the past twenty years, he was relegated to a foreign county, re-appointed, and successively held important positions (as an envoy of the Tang Dynasty, participating in politics and other senior military and political positions), once again relegated to Yingzhou. Not only has personal politics experienced great ups and downs, but the whole political situation has also undergone great changes, which can not help but make him feel that fame and fortune are like floating clouds, which are difficult to last for a long time and do not need attention. "Floating clouds of wealth" uses Confucius' language of "letting wealth and fame drift like floating clouds", which has two meanings: not changing frequently, as a foreign object. From "coming to support Zhu Lun" to "pitching in the past 20 years", the time span is very long, and all kinds of things in the middle are only mentioned by the word "rich and floating clouds". Many things are hard to say and express.

"Returning like a Liaodong crane." The "return" after the film clearly shows that wealth is like floating clouds, which is just the opposite of the beginning of the last film "Come and hug Zhu Lun". The legend of "Liaodong Crane" returning with Ding Crane can be found in the Postscript of Seeking God.

"People in this city are newcomers. Who knows Old Master Q? " These three sentences closely follow the previous one, expressing the feeling of vicissitudes of the world to the fullest. The allusion used here is changed to "People on the city wall are all new", which is similar to Liu Yuxi's poem "Don't change Nanshan, everything else is new" when he returned to Chang 'an more than 20 years later. In order to highlight the change of the world, he forced out the last sentence "Who knows the old owner?" Ouyang Xiu regarded Yingzhou as his second hometown. However, personnel changes, including the scene of "Who knew Old Master Q in those days" after retiring to Yingzhou, inevitably made him feel disappointed and sad.

With its fresh, simple, natural and fluent poetic language and elegant style, this poem expresses the poet's perception of life caused by knowing Yingzhou and returning to Yingzhou twenty years ago. However, this word is almost unique among literati words since the late Tang Dynasty and the Five Dynasties. Because Ouyang Xiu's first poem can be said to be completely poetic. Especially in the next film, the old code is used. The use of idioms is continuous, without pause, and it is completely fresh, simple, natural and fluent poetic language. This beautiful, clear and generous style has a great influence on later Su Ci.
