The Covenant of life

Wang Guozhen

If it's the appointed time/I haven't come yet/it must be a man-made disaster/the house has been razed to the ground/the mulberry garden has turned into the sea/all the necessary roads/have been blocked.

There are many things/that can be forgotten/-such as hatred/many things/that must be remembered/-such as love and care.

Time gradually erodes the face/time gradually opens the window lattice.
