During this summer vacation, I received many new books, among which the one that impressed me the most was Bookstore in Rainy Days, which I read once before and again this summer. Although it is only a thin book, it contains too much beauty.
The protagonist of the story is a lovely girl named Luzi. When she was in the library, she was taken to a rainy bookstore by a snail. She met Mr. Guben, the manager, and Miss Wuzi, the assistant, and a fantastic and exciting adventure began. After overcoming many difficulties, Luzi caught the ghost that destroyed the seeds of the story, saved the bookstore and found her original heart.
This book is imaginative, beautiful, clear and clean, and writes a fantastic adventure in childlike language, just like a cup with various colors but not gaudy. All kinds of dreamy colors are just right, a little overflowing. The texture is thick, the luster is scattered, and there is a wonderful charm that cannot be said.
In life, everyone may rush forward like Lu Zi, forget his initial heart, lose his initial dream and become anxious. I still remember when I was in the fourth grade next semester, I didn't do well in the math unit exam because I was careless and didn't examine the questions clearly. I feel very embarrassed. When I got home, I became anxious and irritable, angry with myself and impatient to correct the wrong questions, which led to my failure in the next exam.
After I calmed down, I began to think, what would she do if she were Lu Zi from the bookstore in the rain? She also experienced hardships in the seed forest, fought side by side with Mr. Reading, and finally overcame the difficulties.
The problems she met were much more difficult than mine. Maybe I should take a break, think about my initial heart, calm down and set sail again. So I seriously corrected the wrong question, no longer cared about other people's eyes, and found my original heart-learn the knowledge in the book well and make good use of it! After some efforts, I achieved satisfactory results in the next math exam, which also proved that my efforts will eventually pay off.
I think the learning process is just like Lu Zi's journey, with too many temptations and difficulties. This is a road full of thorns, and it takes a long way to reach the end.
Fortunately, I met the rainy day bookstore. While enjoying the magical story, I also learned not to rush forward, think about my initial heart, let go of my obsession, abandon my anxiety, regain my dreams and move on!
