Since the Book of Songs was edited by Confucius, why did Confucius edit six sheng poems in it?

The original intention of China's sages to create The Book of Songs was to preach and teach, and most scholars would take it literally, which is the author's necessity and expectation. Only a few enlightened people can understand the true meaning of The Book of Songs. Probably because six articles were explicit, Confucius was worried that it would arouse the lust of future generations, so he deleted the content. Confucius believes that for enlightened people, they can understand what the content is about as long as they look at the catalogue, so the catalogue is reserved.
