Tan Xudong: At the beginning of the new period, Guizhou literature still had a certain influence throughout the country. At that time, He's novels and Li Famo's poems, including Tang Yaping's, were famous in the literary world. However, in recent ten years, although a number of young writers and poets such as Qiansen Ouyang, Wang Hua, Xie Ting, Ma Wenxue, Luo Yong, Nan 'ou, Yu Zihan and Luo Lian have emerged in Guizhou, which can also have certain influence in China, on the whole, the development of Guizhou literature has not entered the national vision, especially its large-scale influence, and there is still a certain gap compared with the literary achievements of neighboring provinces and cities such as Sichuan, Hunan and Chongqing.
