I graduated from the university in September XX, and passed the unified entrance examination for tobacco business in Henan Province, and came to the cigarette marketing center, mainly engaged in business management and cigarette network construction. With the training and help of leaders and colleagues, I work hard around the objectives and tasks of this department, constantly improve methods, improve efficiency and finish my work seriously. Below I report from three aspects as follows:
First, actively change roles to meet the needs of work.
Joining Xuchang Tobacco Commercial Team is a milestone in my life and officially started my career. This requires me to actively complete the role change from a student to a company employee and adapt to the needs of work as soon as possible.
First of all, from the understanding of tobacco monopoly laws and regulations, the national tobacco monopoly system of "unified leadership, vertical management and monopoly" and the values of "two supremacy" in the tobacco industry, we have a general understanding of our industry from a macro perspective.
Secondly, I sorted out a notebook and systematically studied the basic theory of cigarette marketing from the common sense of cigarette marketing. For example, from the measurement unit of cigarette packets, strips, pieces and boxes to the brand, manufacturer, price and category of cigarettes, and then to the market acceptance and profitability of different brands in our city; Seriously study and master the operation of cigarette business system, and gradually understand the basic situation of cigarette sales in our city by querying sales data.
Thirdly, strictly abide by the company's labor discipline and rules and regulations, and be strict with yourself.

The enterprise principle of "working together, working together, working together" is the motto of my work. These three sentences highly summarize the necessary conditions for becoming an excellent employee. I use this standard to be strict with myself. Under the arrangement of marketing center leaders and colleagues, we mainly did the following work:
1, do a good job in operational analysis and improve work efficiency.
Implement the monthly analysis system, draft and print the issue of Cigarette Dynamics 10, inform the business dynamics, deploy the next work priorities, and strengthen information communication between cities and counties; Inform each unit of the completion of quarterly tasks, grade the cigarette marketing work of each unit, clarify responsibilities, strictly supervise, and issue quarterly assessment bulletin 3. Participate in discussing the contents and assessment standards of market inspection, and comprehensively and carefully grasp the retail terminal maintenance, cigarette inventory and price status of each unit through face-to-face communication with retail merchants in five counties and one district, so as to provide reliable basis for leadership decision-making.
2. Coordinate communication and do a good job in network construction.
Report the network construction report to the provincial company in a timely manner every month, report the progress of network construction, and decompose and transmit the tasks assigned by superiors to all units and departments. In order to inform the progress of the city's network construction work, implement the responsibility, draft and publish 9 issues of "Network Construction Express", and urge relevant units and departments to complete the network construction and upgrading.
3. Work hard and be a good assistant.
After I became familiar with the workflow of this department, I gradually took on more tasks, which required comprehensive and reasonable arrangement of work, a good grasp of priorities, and a good handling of daily work and temporary work. Every time I finish a job, I seriously reflect and sum up my own gains and losses, so that the future work can be more detailed and perfect.
Third, keep learning and improve quality.
First, improve literacy and pay attention to learning. Consciously study the theoretical knowledge of the party, actively participate in various learning activities organized by the company, carefully write your own experiences, constantly improve your ideological and political level, and strive to get closer to the party organization. I have submitted an application for joining the Party to the Party branch.
Second, correct attitude and unite as one. As a newcomer, I learn from leaders and colleagues with an open mind, ask if I don't understand, and correct if I know my mistakes. "Details determine success or failure", I insist on starting from small things, starting from every small thing, doing everything well and completing all tasks with a highly responsible attitude.
Third, actively participate in trade union activities. After work, I participated in the Spring Festival group meeting, staff sports meeting, poetry reading contest and other cultural activities, which enriched my cultural life. I have carefully prepared every activity and tried to show the elegance of a young employee.
Thank the company for giving me this platform for development. In the past two years working with you, I have paid, but I have gained more. Thank you for the training of leaders and the help of colleagues, and express sincere thanks again! But at the same time, I also clearly felt my own gap. Due to lack of work experience, the usual work needs to be done very carefully, and it is not comprehensive and decisive to deal with problems and consider things. In the future work, I will constantly strengthen my sense of responsibility, learning ability, teamwork and innovation, and constantly learn to overcome the above shortcomings and deficiencies.
