-Design a class recitation contest
I. Purpose of the event
1. Consolidate students' recitation achievements and better complete the teaching tasks stipulated in the syllabus.
2. Improve students' enthusiasm for learning poetry and enrich their study life.
3. Cultivate students' sentiment and carry forward the excellent culture of the Chinese nation.
Second, the activity process
(A) publicity: the significance of publicity activities to mobilize students to actively prepare and participate.
Two weeks before the activity, students should be told what kind of activity we are going to hold and how to organize it. Mobilize everyone to prepare actively.
This preparation process is of great significance in itself. In this process, the first purpose of the activity was naturally achieved.
(2) Make an activity plan.
In order to ensure the smooth progress of activities, teachers should make detailed and feasible activity plans in advance and tell students in advance.
1, activity preparation
1) Divide the class into four groups, and each group has a leader. The group leader is responsible for numbering the members of this group according to 1- 14. Number the results in duplicate, one for the teacher and one for the group leader.
2) The teacher is responsible for setting the questions. Choose 60 poems from 63 selected readings of Tang poetry and Song poetry published by Jiangsu Education Press, and write them on 60 small pieces of cardboard. Write down the title and the first sentence of a poem or word on each piece of cardboard, and mark the number of students who answered this question. 60 pieces of cardboard, 4 pieces in a group, divided into 15 groups. For the convenience of operation, each group of questions is answered by students with the same number. For example, the first group of questions, each group of students 1 answer. The production themes are as follows:
3) The whole class democratically elected students A and B as judges, and then elected students C and D as scorekeepers.
2. Competition organization method
At the beginning of the competition, four team leaders took the stage to freely choose topics from 60 pieces of cardboard. Give the selected questions to the students who want to answer them. For example, if the topic drawn by the group leader is to be recited by classmate 1, he will give it to classmate 1. Student 1 After getting the title board, read the title first, that is, let everyone know the title of the poem or word you want to recite before reciting the poem or word. After the students 1 recited the questions, the judges gave points in time, and all of them got 10 points. On the premise of memorizing, if there are individual mistakes, one point will be deducted for each mistake until the end. If the student 1 doesn't recite it, some students in this group will recite it for him within the specified time (wait for 20 seconds), and the score of this group is 5 points; Otherwise, the score is 0.
For the sake of fairness, the reading order of each group can be arranged like this. When reciting the first group of questions, follow the order of one group, two groups, three groups and four groups; When reciting the second group of questions, follow the order of two groups, three groups, four groups and one group; When reciting the third group of questions, follow the order of three, four, one and two groups; When reciting the fourth group of questions, follow the order of four groups, one group, two groups and three groups; And so on.
3. score and score.
The judges scored orally as required, and the rater took the average score of the two judges. In order to ensure the accuracy of records, two scorers can distribute tasks equally, with C recording the scores of the first and second groups and D recording the scores of the third and fourth groups.
4 recognition and reward
In this activity, the group with the highest score was rated as "excellent study group", and each member of this group received a souvenir.
5. The activity plan takes 45 minutes.
(1) Organizing competitions.
1. The literary and art committee members write the big words "I love reciting poems" on the blackboard in advance, and they can decorate around the big words, and then write the slogan "Learn from others, remember them" and "Who is competing with others" to create a competitive atmosphere as much as possible.
The students sit in four groups in advance, with the group leader sitting at the front.
3. The teacher is the host. After the teacher announces the start of the activity, it will be carried out according to the rules of the competition. After the group leader draws the questions, he will distribute them to the students who need to answer them according to the numbered list at hand. At this time, the teacher can observe whether there is cheating through his own numbered list. For example, this question should have been answered by 10 students, but because 10 students did not perform well, the team leader gave the question to No.3 who performed better, which was impossible. The judges must listen carefully to the students' recitation and give points fairly; The scorekeeper should record carefully. Students can supervise this. The scoring table is as follows:
Achievement group

These two groups

One of the quadruplets

4. After the game, the scorer calculates the total score and ranks.
5. The teacher announced the results of the competition, praised and awarded prizes.
(4) Problems in operation
1, make preparations before the activity, and teachers should try their best to mobilize everyone to make preparations, so as to achieve the purpose of the activity; Teachers themselves should be familiar with the process of activities to ensure the smooth progress of activities.
As this is an activity organized in class, each group can answer questions in a fixed order. If you take the form of rushing to answer questions, it may be difficult to control the situation because the atmosphere is too warm, which may affect the normal teaching of other classes.
Number all the students so that everyone can take part. Divide into several activity groups according to the size of the class. I teach 56 students in this class. They can be divided into four groups.
4. Ensure the fairness of activities. Fairness is the basis of everyone's active participation, otherwise, the meaning of the activity will be lost.
5. If you have enough time, you can change the labels of each group of questions (that is, the questions that should have been answered by student 1 can be changed to be answered by student 2, and so on) and continue the competition.
Third, the effect of the activity and the thinking caused by it
This activity has achieved good results.
1) First of all, the fun of the activity attracted everyone, and the students were enthusiastic and made full preparations in advance. In the competition, those students who are highly active and even those who don't like studying on weekdays can recite the extracted questions, which exceeds the expected effect.
2) Secondly, the holding of the activity has stimulated everyone's new learning enthusiasm and made greater efforts in the later study.
3) Thirdly, this activity made everyone feel that learning poetry is no longer a boring thing, fell in love with poetry, and "I love reciting poetry" became everyone's voice.
This activity also inspired me a lot. The key to students' learning state lies in the guidance of teachers. Teachers must think more and stimulate students' interest in learning in order to achieve good teaching results.
