The head teacher is a part of school management, the core guide of class management, and plays a very important role in demonstrating the ideological and moral character, words and deeds, study and life of the whole class. As a class teacher in a secondary vocational school, one must have noble moral quality, strong sense of responsibility and enterprising spirit, and be good at discovering students' bright spots. More importantly, one should carefully study the students he faces. Most of these students have no hope of going to high school, and their cultural foundation is poor, so their family education can't keep up. Some parents even regard the school as a "nursery" and send it to secondary vocational schools with almost no enrollment threshold, which undoubtedly brings difficulties to the class teacher, who needs innovative ideas to undertake this important task.
1 Strengthen self-study and be a research-oriented professional class teacher.

An excellent head teacher must be an excellent "school psychologist".
