Help me interpret a poem.

The translation probably means: I have soaring aspirations, and I was originally prepared to show them in the world, build great achievements and become famous all over the world. However, I can't believe that things on earth are far from as easy and simple as I thought. In fact! A person's success has a lot to do with his environment and the world situation at that time. Heroes have to be made by the times.

The whole poem is divided into two layers. The first layer shows that you are ambitious. The second layer explains that you are incompetent and laments your own report. Maybe I want to show that I am ambitious, but my luck is unlucky, and I am always knocked down by reality. I may be incompetent and may not be appreciated by Bole, and then I can only forget about it! Sigh that things are impermanent, sigh that the hardships and bitterness of success have to depend on certain circumstances.

That's a bit of complaining! It's right to make heroes in times, but you have to work hard yourself!
