Scenic spots in Zhan Jie town

Du Fu's hometown, Longyao site, Cangxi Millennium Six-legged Cooper site, Tang Sancai site, Cangxi Yangshao cultural site, Huadizui site, Zheng Shi Fang and Sun Zhen Temple Du Fu's hometown is located in Nanyaowan Village, Zhan Jie Town, gongyi city, Zhengzhou, Henan Province, and is backed by Bijia Mountain. It is the place where the poet Du Fu was born and lived as a teenager, and now it is a key cultural relic protection unit in Henan Province. The soil and water in the hometown nourished the poet's noble temperament, and the profound cultural heritage inspired the poet's broad literary feelings. In order to let more people know about Du Fu's outstanding poetic achievements and learn from Du Fu's noble personality and sentiment, in 2007, gongyi city Municipal Government invested 65.438+0.5 billion yuan to build Du Fu's hometown according to the national AAAA level scenic spot standard, and turn it into a cultural sightseeing spot. Tang Sancai Ruins Tang Sancai Ancient Kiln Ruins are located at the entrance of Xiaohuangye Village, on both sides of Huangye River. It is the site of a workshop that burned tri-colored porcelain in the Tang Dynasty. A large number of colored porcelain tiles and tools for burning broken materials in ancient kilns are buried underground. In recent years, it has been excavated and verified by the cultural relics department, which is of great historical research value and has been identified as a national cultural relics protection unit. The local mountains are undulating and surrounded by ravines. On the terraces on both sides of the gully bank, there are kiln sites for making Tang Sancai, and pieces of braised soil are everywhere. After archaeological excavations, blue glazed white porcelain was also found. Now the imitation burning of the three colors of the Tang Dynasty has been successful, attracting tourists to visit and sightseeing.

1976, a large-scale cultural relics survey was conducted in China, and the staff saw a small river with two names in Gong County near Luoyang. In the upper reaches of Bai Ye River, white ceramics were found by the staff who participated in the census. What will be found in the lower reaches of Huangye River? Scholars are heading for the lower reaches of the Yellow River.

There is almost no road by the desolate river, and scholars look for it carefully. Nobody seems to know what to look for.

Suddenly, a piece of painted pottery came into view, and the active crowd quieted down during the braking time. The ancient kiln site finally appeared on the bank of Huangye River.

With the deepening of excavation, people's mood is getting higher and higher, because among these ancient kilns, the pottery pieces of Tang Sancai are the most intact. After decades of expectation, I finally found the kiln site of Tang Sancai, and the "Yellow Leaf River" is the place where painted pottery is fired.

Now there are no traces of workshops along the Huangye River, and the working environment of craftsmen in the Tang Dynasty can no longer be inspected. Fortunately, the modern production technology completely retains the tradition of the Tang Dynasty, and we can also understand the production process of the three colors in the Tang Dynasty through the works of modern people.

The blank making of Tang Sancai adopts model casting process, and the model is mostly gypsum. The designer first carved the prototype of the three-color Tang people in the future, and then turned out the plaster model with the prototype.

Using this model, grouting can be carried out. When the mixed mud is injected into the model, the mud will automatically adsorb on the inner wall of the model. The slurry is absorbed to a certain extent, and the grouting work is completed by pouring out the excess slurry. For some large-scale products, grouting is not used, but mud is directly photographed in the model.

The main feature of tri-color in Tang Dynasty lies in its color, and the most distinctive production technology of tri-color in Tang Dynasty is precisely its color. To our surprise, when we first visited the Tang Sancai Kiln, we saw some white clay figurines.

Tang Sancai will be burned twice. The first time it was called vegetarian burning, and the second time it was called colored burning.

Before painting, paint the plain-fired pottery, which is glazing. Now it seems that the masters just painted some shades of red. Actually, these colors are different. This color is white after burning and green after burning. These large areas are red.

Such a complicated process was born more than 1000 years ago. The intelligence of our ancestors can't help but make people say from the heart-admire!

Looking at the modern tri-color firing in the Tang Dynasty, I can't help but think of the craftsmen in the Tang Dynasty. At that time, on both sides of the Huangye River, the fire was bright and the clouds were rolling. Under the hands of unknown craftsmen, a fine painted pottery art has been affecting today.
