(2) Ability is an important goal of teaching. Teaching that only teaches knowledge without cultivating ability can only turn students into bookworms, but can't cultivate students into high-quality talents who can think, speak and be competent for social development. The ability goal of classroom teaching should reflect the requirements of curriculum standards, especially in the aspects of "individuality" and "creativity". "Personality" means that each student's ears, eyes, mouth, brain and hands reflect at different speeds in classroom teaching. Some students are good at listening, some students are good at watching, some students are good at talking, some students are good at thinking and some students are good at doing. Teachers should find out the different characteristics of each student's "listening, watching, speaking, thinking and doing", carry out targeted teaching activities and develop students' personality. "Creativity", in layman's terms, is what others haven't said, what others haven't done and what others haven't produced. In classroom teaching, teachers should stimulate students' creativity, which is the highest requirement of teaching.
