Watercolor flower process diagram explanation tutorial
Let’s talk nonsense: I suddenly turned to this painting and found that there is also a process diagram. This was painted in September last year, when I just learned watercolor by myself. In less than four months, he was also a novice at drawing.
Original title: The watercolor paper I used for this set is domestic Baohong 300g, the watercolor pen is Qiu Hongzhai’s Xiuyi, orchid and dandelion, and the pigments are 18 colors of Gewen’s own mix.
First of all, draw the line draft. You can draw the draft yourself, or you can use a copy table to draft, but in order to practice the basics, it is better for you to draft by yourself.
Then I used a clean pen dipped in water to wet the flowers, then mixed Song Wen 346 and 744 to make a light yellow to give the flowers a base color; then I used Song Wen Mix the colors 095 and 580 to paint the petals. When painting, first use a pen dipped in paint to color the tips of the petals. While the paint is still wet, use a pen dipped in water to slowly spread the paint toward the center of the flower. By analogy, the remaining petals are done in the same way, remember to pay attention to the details.
Then use Xiuyi or Dandelion dipped in Song Wen 312 to complete the leaves of the flower one by one. When drawing the leaves, you should also pay attention to the details.
The color of the flower branches is 312+319. When drawing, you must pay attention to the smoothness of the lines. My hands were shaking when I was drawing, so the branches looked crooked. The bottom leaf is darker in color, I used 312+465 color mixing to complete it. The color of the stamens is 095, and the pen is dandelion. After finishing the color of the stamens, use dandelion dipped in some 580 to add some small dots to the petals and stamens.
Finally, use toilet paper to partially cover the petals, dip a pen in some of the remaining green, tap it and sprinkle it on the picture. So a beautiful watercolor flower picture is completed. Do you like it? Just start painting if you like it. "Watercolor" Flower Arrangement (9)·Wisteria (with process steps)
To say that the most unique scenery in late spring is definitely the wisteria. The purple flower strips pour down like a waterfall, attracting people when they come. Among them, it’s like walking into a purple dream
The wisteria painted yesterday:
Paper: Hudofu 300g medium coarse
Pigment: Kuretake 24 colors
The following is the process:
Simple line drawing.
After playing with water, several places need to be painted.
Use purple, dark purple, and yellow to blend.
I didn’t mount the paper, so the paper is a bit curled, but it doesn’t matter. After you draw it, wait for it to dry and press it with a book. Friends who are not afraid of trouble can frame the paper.
Use lavender and purple to draw flowers, paying attention to the changes in layering and depth.
The center of the flower is decorated with yellow.
Improve details such as flower texture.
Use the same method to draw the fluttering petals and the flower on the right.
Start drawing branches and leaves. The leaves should vary from dark green to light green. Don't use the same color or it will look rigid.
Draw the leaf texture and sprinkle purple paint with a tapping pen.
Complete.
Beauty is fleeting, painting is a way to preserve it, and so are photos. Attached are a few photos of me and wisteria. This is a rose garden. I originally wanted to take pictures of roses, but the roses were still shy and waiting to be bloomed. The wisteria unexpectedly took the photo. When I encountered this piece of wisteria, it can be said to be the most beautiful scene in this spring. Encountered by chance~
