It is the ancient sage's "don't be happy with things, don't be sad for yourself". I will not be led by foreign things because of the quality of foreign things and my own gains and losses. No matter how the world changes, this heart will not move.
It is what Zhuangzi said, "Take the meaning of heaven and earth, resist the debate of six qi, and swim endlessly." That is, you can travel freely without relying on any external things, master the ever-changing world with your own mind, and get real freedom.
Therefore, here, I quote some famous Zen poems of eminent monks who have attained enlightenment in past dynasties. After enlightenment, they came out from the world of mortals, from all the fame and fortune, from all the upside-down dreams, broke the mystery and consciousness and saw nature clearly.
They are the most comfortable people in the world. This kind of freedom is the real great freedom after understanding the meaning of life. It is a carefree and happy feeling about the world after gaining Zen machine and philosophy. This freedom is really a great freedom.
