What are the ancient poems about Yuefu?

In the Tang Dynasty, poets wrote Yuefu poems, and some of them used the old theme of Yuefu to write current events to express their feelings. For example, Song of the Frontier, Guan Shanyue, Autumn Record and Haoli, which were popular in the Han Dynasty, all came from heaven, such as Peacock Flying Southeast, Long Song, Song of Sympathy and Night of Flowers and Leaves. The 65,438+08 cymbals contained in the Xuange are sung together with the music of Dibei Western Regions. Advocacy songs were originally used by the army and came from northern ethnic minorities. Their tunes are very different from China's music, so the songs and poems sung together with the advocacy songs are obviously different from the general style of China's music. The existing 18 cymbals are all miscellaneous words, which are quite different from other Yuefu poems.

Besides Chu Sheng and Dixiyu music in the north, there are five-character ballads popular in China. As far as the Western Han Dynasty is concerned, five of the six lines of "Song of Voiceless" sung by Mrs. Qi during the reign of Emperor Hui were five words. Among the four poems "There are beautiful women in the north" sung by Li Yannian for Emperor Wu, three are five-character poems, and the word "I'd rather not know" is removed from the third sentence. They are all standard five-character poems. Western Han Yuefu widely collected all kinds of ballads, among which there must be a considerable proportion of five-character poems. These five-character poems are different from the traditional four-character poems in form, which aroused the strong interest of scholars and imitated them personally. Therefore, more literati five-character poems began to appear in the Eastern Han Dynasty. This is the basic track of the development of early five-character poems.
