Who is the fairy among the immortals?

The poems of Meng Jiao, a famous poet in the Tang Dynasty, and the long-standing folk songs all describe a beautiful and magical legend-Wang Zhi meets an immortal, and also record the historical facts of rotten Keshan and Weiqi. Beautiful stories and magical legends have attracted many literati, such as Yu of Jin Dynasty, Meng Jiao and Liu Yuxi in Tang Dynasty, Zhu He Lu You in Song Dynasty, Xu Wei in Ming Dynasty, Yu Dafu and Deng Tuo in modern times. Some of them came in person, and some left well-known poems. Rank Hill has collected such famous works as A Concise Encyclopedia of Britain, Ci Yuan, Ci Hai and China Dictionary of Geographical Names, and its reputation is far spread at home and abroad. Because of the remote legend of Kelan Mountain and its own beauty, many places in China are called Michelle or have the legend of Michelle. Based on the author's online search and related information, similar legends include Qizi Mountain in Lingchuan, Shanxi, Lanke Mountain in Xin 'an, Henan, Lanke Mountain in Zhaoqing, Guangdong, Lanke Mountain in Xichang, Shaanxi, Nanping in Dazhou, Luochuan in Shaanxi, Wuxian in Jiangsu, Wuxiang in Shanxi, Lancai Mountain in Chengdu, Lanke Mountain in Laiwu, Shandong, and Xianyitai in Wuyishan. And most of them are fake. So, what exactly does "Wang Fuke" in ancient books mean? Where is the Wonderland of Go? In this regard, opinions vary. Even the latest edition of Ci Hai has avoided the site of Lanke Mountain, while The Overview of Cold Cases in China's History and Culture has included it, saying that there are six Lanke Mountains.

Looking through the voluminous ancient books, we can see that the earliest record of this legend is mainly Zhi Lin written by Yu in the Jin Dynasty: "There is a stone room in Xin 'an Mountain, and you enter it and see two boys playing chess. Watch and watch, the game is not over yet, and it is no longer a matter of going home. "Ren Fang of the Southern Liang Dynasty wrote in" Talking about Different Things ":"Shishi Mountain in Xin 'an County, cut by the King of Jin, saw several boys playing chess and singing. Because of the quality of hearing, children don't feel hungry when they take something and quality, such as jujube stones. After a while, the boy said, "Why not?" In terms of quality, the axe is rotten. When you come back, nobody will come back. "

As can be seen from the above two records, there are two main points in the beautiful legend of "rotten ke": first, it is located in Xin' an and is famous for its stone chambers in the mountains; Second, the protagonist is Wang Zhi, whose main content is playing chess. According to the above two points, let's analyze and judge Michelle and similar legends all over the country, including Quzhou in Zhejiang, Xin 'an in Luoyang, Henan, Gaoyao Michelle in Zhaoqing, Guangdong and Qizishan in Lingchuan, Shanxi. First of all, from the location analysis, Quzhou, Zhejiang Province was renamed Xin 'an from the first year of Taikang in the Western Jin Dynasty (280), changed to Xi 'an and Zhaoqing in Guangdong after the Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties (860-873), and changed to Duanzhou and Sui Yangdi in the Southern and Northern Dynasties (58 1). Quzhou, Zhejiang said that Xin 'an has a history of more than 600 years, and Guangdong Gaoyao Gold has not been set up. Gaoyao Michelle in Zhaoqing, Guangdong, also known as Fuke Mountain, is a famous Shishi Mountain in Michelle, Quzhou, Zhejiang. Xin 'an County, Henan Province was originally named Dongyuan, and the Northern Zhou Dynasty was renamed Xin 'an. Its name has not changed since the relocation of the Tang Dynasty. Unlike Quzhou, Zhejiang Province, Xin 'an County was established in the third year of the Eastern Han Dynasty (192) and renamed Xin 'an in the first year of Taikang (280). Lingchuan, Shanxi, was founded in the Sui Dynasty and never changed its name. Looking through the Dictionary of Ancient and Modern Place Names in China, we can see that besides Quzhou and Gaoyao, there are Macheng in Hubei, Pengcheng in Sichuan, Changshan in Zhejiang, east of Kaiping County in Guangdong and eight counties in Beijing, but there is no legend of rotten mountains and rotten ke. From the main content analysis, the protagonist of the story of Michelle in Quzhou, Zhejiang Province is the fairy Wang Zhi, commonly known as the Prince, who lives with her mother and brother Wang Gui and collects firewood for a living. The story in the middle is the same as that recorded in the history books. Finally, Wang Zhi was puzzled by chess. While waiting for advice, the boy (teenager) has disappeared. Wang Zhi missed his mother and brother at home, turned and grabbed the axe, and found that the handle of the axe was rotten. After returning to China, the personnel have changed and the home no longer exists. Upon inquiry, people say that Wang Zhi went up the mountain to chop wood, but this is gone forever. It's been over a hundred years now. After the king returned to the rotten mountain, he died as a fairy. The hero of Kelanshan Mountain in Zhaoqing, Guangdong Province is also a king, and the immortals are two immortals in the north and south (one is red pine nuts). The king eats flat peaches, and the rest are similar. The hero of Lankeshan in Xin 'an, Luoyang, Henan Province is Wang Qiao. Some people mistakenly think that Wang Qiao is the fault of Wang Xing's woodcutter, but in fact Wang Qiao is a Taoist immortal. Du Guangting's "The Fairy Biography of Wang" said: "There are three people, one is the Prince of Jin, the other is the magistrate of Ye County, and the other is the meat-eating cheese. They are all immortals of the same name. " What is even more telling is that there is a poem tablet in front of Wangqiao Xiandong, which is called "Poems on the Iron Axe in Lankeshan, Henan". The first two sentences, "I was born in the mountains and rivers in the south of the Yangtze River, and I heard that there is Keshan in the mouth of the king", indicate that Lanke Mountain should be located in the south of the Yangtze River, not in Zhongzhou. Chess Mountain in Lingchuan, Shaanxi Province is recognized by some scholars as the birthplace of Weiqi, also known as Jizi Mountain and Mouqi Mountain. The name of the mountain is different. Although the legend of Fu Ke is similar, the protagonist is Li Qian and the immortal is two old men. The story took place in front of Jizi Mountain Cave.

From the analysis of legends and legends in the above places, Gaoyao in Quzhou, Zhejiang Province and Zhaoqing, Guangdong Province is the closest to the record of Harmony. However, it should be noted that Yu and Ren did not describe the landform of Shishi Mountain in detail. Only Meng Jiao's poem quoted above once wrote, "Only Yu Shiqiao is there, and Ling Danhong is alone." The poem is "Stone Bridge on Rank Mountain", which shows that Liang Shi (Bridge) crossing the sky is an important landform of Rank Mountain. Michelle in Quzhou, Zhejiang Province is also known as Shiqiao Mountain, Shishi Mountain and Hangshiban. The main peak is like a huge stone bridge, and the main hole under the stone bridge is 10 meter high. Michelle in Zhaoqing, Guangdong has only Lankeping and Michelle Temple (old), but there are no landforms such as Liang Shi and Shiqiao.

According to the Annals of Sui Shu and Biography of Dong Tian, "Wang Zhi is also a native of Dongyang (Sui, Xin 'an belongs to Dongyang)." In the Song Dynasty, Zhang Junfang's "Seven Signs of Clouds" said that "Michelle Mountain is the 30th cave mountain in the world, which is hidden by King Xin 'an of Quzhou". Since then, many ancient books have recorded that Lanke Mountain is located in Quzhou. More convincingly, the author of Zhi Lin is from Yuyao, Zhejiang. Yi Shu Ji was written by Ren Fang, the prefect of Xin 'an (now Chun 'anxi, Zhejiang Province), Meng Jiao, and a native of Wu Kang, Huzhou (now Deqing, Zhejiang Province). They all live in Zhejiang, so the account of Lanke Mountain in Quzhou should be credible.

To sum up, the most convincing place of the legend of "Wang Zhi Michelle" is Michelle in Quzhou, Zhejiang. Mr. Chen Zude called it "Go Wonderland" and deserved it.
