I know I've been in love for a long time, and I'm disappointed with the sound of the river in Wangjiangtou.
The white hair is still dashing, and I am drunk and play the flute.
I'm still here, flowers are cold and mountains are deep.
Washing bamboo and teaching style are very comfortable, and you can see the Chu moon clearly across the stream.
Children don't know where spring is, but only travel.
When the curtain rises, it will be sent for a long time, and the moon will be in the sky.
Translation:
When the lotus leaf didn't grow, the hatred in spring was born, and when the lotus leaf withered, the hatred in autumn also appeared. Children don't understand the meaning of spring, they just pick places to play. However, as long as you live between heaven and earth, friendship will last forever, with endless complaints and endless river sounds.
Extended data:
Lotus leaves hate spring when they are born, and autumn when they are dry. These two poems describe the "birth" and "withering" of lotus leaves, implying the change of life. In the sentence, spring is born and autumn is withered, and the contrast between hate and hate enriches the connotation of the poem.
Contrast refers to the rhetorical way of comparing two opposite or opposing things, or two different aspects of a thing.
Set-off refers to the rhetorical method of describing related things as a foil in order to highlight the main things. This rhetorical method can be divided into positive contrast and negative contrast according to the different relationships between things.
Creation background
Li Shangyin's wife Wang died in the autumn of the fifth year of Dazhong (85 1). It was the autumn and winter of 2008, and Li Shangyin went to Dongchuan as our ambassador Liu Zhongying for five years. In the winter of 856, he was ordered to enter the DPRK, and Li Shangyin returned to Beijing with Liu. Arrived in Chang 'an the following spring. Feng Pu called it "returning to Beijing in the early spring of the eleventh year", and so did it. In the spring of the 12th year of Dazhong (858), Li Shangyin died in Zhengzhou. From this point of view, this article should be a solo tour of Qujiang in the autumn night in the eleventh year of Li Shangyin (857).
There are two different views about the object of mourning in this poem. Feng Haoyu's Notes on Poems Born in a Stream regards this as eroticism, which is not included in the year number. He said: "There are two poems, lotus and lotus, which cover the right person and hurt him." Zhang Caitian's Notes on Yuxi Chronicle was written in the 10th year of Xuanzong in Tang Dynasty (856). He said, "This poem is also a memorial work, which is different from other poems such as" Give Lotus "and is the fault of the lover." Two poems, "Lotus" and "Give Lotus", are known as singers, and they have the meaning of cherishing jade, but this one is shallow and affectionate, solemn and painful, and has different feelings. The focus is only on mourning the late wife Wang, and poetry should be given to Wang.
There is also a beautiful and sentimental love story about this poem. According to legend, before Li Shangyin fell in love with Wang, there was a lover nicknamed "Lotus". Lotus is naturally beautiful, delicate and lovely, and has a kind and simple heart. Li Shangyin is young and promising, with outstanding appearance and brilliant talent. The two hit it off and were very loving. Accompanied by "Lotus", Li Shangyin made rapid progress in his studies, and they had a happy and sweet time together. Just one month before Li Shangyin was about to go to Beijing to catch the exam.
"Lotus" suddenly became seriously ill, and Li Shangyin was helpless. He could only stay in front of the "Lotus" sickbed day and night. With the aggravation of the disease, a delicate and charming "lotus" unfortunately withered early. The early death of "Furong" brought a very heavy blow to the poet. Later, every time the poet saw the lotus in the pond, he felt sad. He can't forget the handsome "Furong" girl from beginning to end. No matter whether this legend is true or not, there is no doubt that most of the love poems of the amorous scholar Li Shangyin are attached to the lotus.
