Andre Moritz wrote many "conclusions" in the book "Everything in life comes for you".
No matter who looks at it from which angle, a coin is always a coin. Our preference will neither increase nor decrease the value of this coin, nor prevent others from looking at it from the opposite angle. Similarly, the judgment of people, things and things is only the truth that individuals think, and others may have completely different views.
Our likes and dislikes of others are to project some of our inner qualities onto them. When we judge others, what we hate or object to is not the other party, but the self-evaluation that we think we are "not good enough" reflected by the other party's words, deeds and opinions. We try to express our views on ourselves by judging others, so as to know our true nature. When we learn what we should learn, judgment loses its value.
Life is like a play, we create and play all kinds of roles that can show our own characteristics, but they are not who we really are. The process of knowing your true self is like peeling an onion. Each layer represents an identity, and each identity has its specific mission, which can help us learn and master various lessons in life. We should not only perform well, but also learn to let go. Every life situation can make us experience a completely different sense of value. After all kinds of trials and challenges, we will gradually form a true sense of self.
We are the product of our own creation. The problems we face all come from our hearts. Unless you change your mind, problems and situations will never be satisfactorily solved.
