How to steadily promote the construction of safety production risk management system in grass-roots units, so that all staff can establish the idea of risk management and systematically master the methods of risk pre-control is the overall direction of our work. Under the guidance of this safe production management idea, over the past year, I have actively led all the team members, and under the guidance of the leaders in charge of the bureau and the superior dispatching department, I have successfully completed all the work indicators and tasks assigned by the leaders. No accidents of power grid, equipment and personal safety occurred in the whole year, which ensured the safe, stable and continuous operation of the power grid. 1. Operation mode and planned maintenance

At the beginning of the year, our dispatching office compiled the annual operation mode of xx power grid in advance according to the development plan and maintenance plan of xx power grid, and under the guidance of the superior dispatching department, it also compiled the monthly, weekly and daily operation modes to carefully predict and arrange the supply and demand of the power grid;

2. Relay protection work
Relay protection work is the weakness of our dispatching office, but under the guidance of the superior dispatching department, we have carried out the following work in succession in the past year:
(1) setting and calculating the interval of newly added industrial parks at 35kVxx station;
(2) The setting calculation of the main transformer with 35kVxx replacement twice;
(3), under the guidance of unified deployment of China Central Power Dispatching Bureau, we have carried out and completed the check and rectification of protection setting values of 35kV and below in xx power grid, and cooperated with the power transmission and transformation management to do a good job in the fixed inspection of protection equipment of each substation to ensure that the setting values are correct.
3. Dispatching operation and switching operation
In dispatching operation, we insist on carrying out the system of two votes and three systems, and carry out in-depth struggle against the three major security enemies, especially the switching operation, strictly implement the command ticket system of dispatching operation, and put an end to the operation without tickets and the occurrence of human misoperation accidents. The dispatcher does not give instructions for the power outage and maintenance work that violates the two tickets, thus ensuring the personal safety in the power production work. As of October this year, xx Dispatching Office has filled in 662 dispatching operation instruction tickets, accepted 336 first-class work tickets and 4 second-class work tickets, and the qualified rate has reached 1%.
(1) During the shutdown of Unit #2 of xx Power Plant from : on May 2 to 23: on May 8 this year, and during the emergency repair of Unit 9 of xx Power Plant from 8: 3 to 23: on June 7 and 8, the provincial dispatching office implemented an emergency pre-notification of orderly power consumption. (2) In terms of wind and flood prevention, at the beginning of the year, under the guidance of the superior dispatching department, our dispatching office revised the black start operation manual of xx power grid, compiled the typical operation instruction ticket of black start, and made a simulation preview of black start operation according to the power grid operation situation, which made a lot of preparatory work for wind and flood prevention. Before the arrival of the typhoon, the power grid operation plan was written in time to ensure power supply during the typhoon, and the accident was predicted in advance, and this year's Luotan and Nasha were successfully fought.
5. Completion of communication automation
Under the guidance of the deployment of the superior dispatching department, this year, our dispatching office has completed the remote control point number check of each substation of xx power grid, automated graphic check, and plans to complete the main wiring diagram and double number check and rectification of each substation before the end of the year.
6. Completion of the task of ensuring power supply on important holidays
In recent years, the leading group of the bureau has paid special attention to the work of ensuring power supply on important holidays.
