Why do you need to express the meaning of wet heart and pink face like tears?

The meaning of this poem is:

Why fly with the wind, let the wind and rain wet the fragrant stamens, and the tears keep flowing down the face that is powdered and looks delicate.

"There is no need to wet your heart, and your pink face is as dazzling as tears." comes from the poem "Magnolia/Jade House Spring" in Mo Jiang's collection of poems. The whole poem is as follows:

Humanity is full of wind and rain when it comes to flowers. Mei Rui didn't come much. There is no need to spread wet hearts and powdery faces like tears.

Do not sweep flowers and soil away from the house. Leave the dew on the branches of Qionglin. If you teach swallows to hold mud early, the fragrance in the paths will fill your house.
