After being reviewed by experts, it will be reviewed and approved by the meeting of the Association Secretariat. "

Application conditions
(a) the identity of the applicant shall meet one of the following conditions
1. Individual member of member unit of Chinese Writers Association.
2. The staff of the central and state organs meet the membership requirements.
3. The military system meets the requirements of the members.
Tips:
The members of the Chinese Writers Association include writers' associations of various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) (such as Beijing Writers' Association and Hebei Writers' Association) and industry writers' associations (such as China Petroleum Writers' Association and China Railway Writers' Association).
(2) Requirements for the applicant's literary achievements
The applicant must have published a certain number and quality of literary works in literary periodicals, newspapers or influential literary websites that are publicly issued nationwide, and have independently created literary works that are publicly published in Chinese mainland; Or he has been engaged in the editing, teaching, translation and sorting of literature for a long time, with outstanding achievements.
1. An applicant who is mainly engaged in literary creation shall meet one of the following conditions:
(1) publishing works of not less than 300,000 words in literary journals or newspapers that are publicly issued nationwide (among them, literary works published in provincial and above literary journals or newspapers are at least150,000 words, and poetry is counted as 10 line 1000 words);
(2) No less than 6,543.8+0.5 million words were published in national literary journals or newspapers (including 6,543.8+0.5 million words in provincial and above literary journals or newspapers), and no less than 654.38+0 independently created literary works were published in Chinese mainland.
(3) There are not less than 3 independently created literary works published in Chinese mainland (including not less than 2 literary works published by provincial and above publishing houses).
(4) publishing more than 5,000 original literary works with an average subscription on a literary website with an online publishing service license or an internet publishing license, with a word count of not less than 2 million words.
(5) Film, television and dramatic works are calculated with reference to the above-mentioned publishing or publishing conditions. The distribution or performance of a film, television or dramatic work shall be regarded as publication.
2. Applicants who are mainly engaged in literary theory criticism should publish no less than 6.5438+0.5 million words of literary theory criticism works in provincial and above literary periodicals, newspapers and periodicals and Chinese core periodicals that are publicly issued nationwide, or publish no less than 2 independent literary theory criticism works in provincial and above publishing houses.
3. Applicants who are mainly engaged in literary translation should have the title of deputy high school or above, have published more than 2 independent translation works in Chinese mainland, or have published more than 200,000 words of independent translation works in provincial and above literary periodicals, newspapers and periodicals, and Chinese core periodicals.
4. Candidates who are mainly engaged in literary editing should have the title of deputy high school or above, and have been engaged in literary editing for more than 8 years with outstanding achievements.
5. Applicants who are mainly engaged in literary organization work should be on-the-job personnel and meet one of the following conditions:
(1) holds major leadership positions in provincial writers' associations and literary and art federations;
(two) in the city, district writers association, literature and art federation as the main leadership positions for more than 5 years, has contributed to the development of local literature;
(3) He has been engaged in literary organization for more than 8 years in the member units of the Chinese Writers Association with outstanding achievements.
Applicants who are engaged in literary organization work have a certain level of literary creation achievements at the same time, and the age requirement may be appropriately relaxed.

Meeting the above conditions only means that you are eligible to apply.

Apply for recommendation channels
1. Individual member applicant of group member unit: recommended by group member unit to the association. Applicants who are both individual members of the provincial writers association and members of the industry writers association can only choose one group member unit to recommend.
2. Applicants of the central and state organs: with the consent of the personnel department of my unit, they apply to the Association and are recommended by two individual members of the Chinese Writers Association.
3. Candidates for the military system: recommended by the Political Work Department of the Central Military Commission.

Application approval procedure
The Chinese Writers Association accepts the application for membership every year 10-3, verifies the application materials in April-May, and organizes expert consultation. From June to July, the Secretariat discussed and approved new members. After publicity, announce the list of new members in that year.
Step 1: Fill in the application online.

The registration and login interface has the operation guide for individual members of the Chinese Writers Association. Please read it carefully and fill in the information truthfully and regularly as required.
Step 2: Submit paper application materials.
After the applicant fills in the application online, according to the application progress prompt, prepare paper application materials and submit them:
1. The application form for joining the Chinese Writers Association is in duplicate, which requires the seal of the company and my signature.
2. Representative literary works (in duplicate):
(1) There are 1-2 literary works (both originals and copies are acceptable) which are consistent with the contents in the application form. Non-literary books and editing books are not regarded as application works.
(2) Periodicals and newspapers that are consistent with the contents of the application form shall publish no less than 5 literary works (both originals and photocopies are acceptable), not less than 6,543,800 words. If it is not the original, provide a copy of the cover of the current publication (or the newspaper headline of the day), the catalogue and the full text of the work. Please list the published works except the contents of the application form, indicating the publication time, the names of publications and newspapers, the names of works, genres and words.
(3) Network works: provide no less than 200,000 words of network works consistent with the contents of the application form. Indicate the publication time, website name, and average subscription amount, and provide proof materials that the number of words of the work reaches the standard, screenshots of the website where the work has been completed, and average subscription amount (the proof materials issued by the literature website need to be stamped with the official seal of the website). Publishing works on the Internet must abide by the copyright law and relevant laws and regulations. The applicant must own the copyright of the work.
(4) Film, television and drama works: provide literary scripts, corresponding video materials and proof of release and performance.
(5) Translated works: The original translated works must be accompanied by at least 20 pages.
3. Name of the work, award-winning situation and influence (in duplicate): provide a copy of the award-winning certificate of provincial and above important literary awards; The work is reprinted and commented by literary journals or newspapers at or above the provincial level; Engaged in literary translation and editing workers to provide a copy of professional and technical title qualification certificate.
Matters needing attention in filling out the "membership application form"
1. The application form for joining the Chinese Writers Association downloaded by the applicant from the online application system is an EXCEL form automatically generated after online confirmation. Please do not modify the format or content. Please use A4 paper to print the front and back of the application form on the same piece of paper, and * * * must be printed in duplicate.
2. After the application form is printed, the column of "Opinions of the Employer" shall be signed by my employer and stamped with the official seal. For online writers who have no work unit, this column must be signed by the contracted literature website and stamped with the official seal. For other applicants who have no work unit, such as freelance writers, this column must be signed and stamped by the member units of the group.
3. The "signature of the applicant" column must be signed by the applicant himself.
4. In the column of "Opinions of Member Units or Introducers of the affiliated group", if the applicant is an individual member unit of the group (including military system personnel), this column shall be signed by the member units of the group and stamped with the official seal; If the applicant is a staff member of the central and state organs, this column must be filled in by two members of the Chinese Writers Association and signed or sealed by myself. Please don't sign.
Please don't fill in anything in the column of "Membership Approval".
How to prepare paper application materials
1. Membership application form in duplicate that meets the above requirements.
2. Download and print the List of Membership Application Materials in duplicate, and prepare the corresponding paper application materials according to the requirements of the membership method and the list tips and according to the categories of the reported documents.
The application materials are only valid in the current year and are non-refundable. Applicants who have not been approved to apply again shall apply again in accordance with these measures. Please understand and sign the membership application materials list.
3, representative literary works, should be consistent with the application form, just submit a copy.
4. Do not bind the application form in duplicate with other application materials, otherwise it will be unqualified materials.
5. When submitting the paper application materials, the member application materials list should be taken as the first material for the staff to check the materials.
6. All paper application materials are valid only in the current year and are non-refundable. If the original is an orphan, please submit a copy to avoid losses caused by not returning.
The submission method and time of paper application materials
1. Individual applicants (including military system personnel) from group members of Chinese Writers Association must submit paper application materials through group members. After the recommendation is signed and sealed by the team members, it is submitted to the office of the members of the Creative Liaison Department of the Chinese Writers Association. Consult the deadline for the applicant to submit materials to the members of the group in detail. The deadline for group members to submit materials to the Chinese Writers Association is March 26th, 20021year.
2. The paper application materials of the applicants from the central and state organs should be submitted directly to the member units of the creative department of the Chinese Writers Association, and the deadline for submission is 2021March1May.
