As a new social art examination subject, only 8 provinces (cities) have been approved by the Ministry of Culture. The recitation grading examination is aimed at primary and secondary school students and college students, and recitation lovers from all walks of life are also allowed to sign up.
There are two opportunities to apply for the exam a year. Every February and August, the grade examination is divided into ten grades. The reading items for the exam will be selected from some classic literary works by the expert Committee. Every grade has articles that meet this level, grouped according to the degree of difficulty. Those who pass the examination will be awarded a national examination certificate by the China Opera produced by the National Social and Artistic Level Examination Center of the Ministry of Culture.
