Li Shimin
Generously caress the sword and invite the name to save the world?
Stars are shining and the sun is shining.
The forest park is stationed in the fifth battalion and rides horses everywhere.
Climbing the mountain to celebrate Wushu Festival, last stand magic soldier.
I used to be brave, but now the universe is flat.
Brief introduction of the author
Li Shimin (598-649), known as Emperor Taizong in history, was a wise monarch in the history of China. During his reign, he was known as "the rule of Zhenguan". Li Shimin was born in troubled times and ambitious. Seeing the stupidity and indifference of Emperor Yang Di, he advised his father to get up. In the following four or five years, Xue, Liu Wuzhou, Dou Jiande, Wang and Liu Heita were wiped out one after another, which made a great contribution to Li Yuan's accession to the throne and the reunification of China. Emperor Taizong made great achievements in the martial arts and poetry creation of Wen Zhi. There are as many as 97 poems recorded, which can be roughly divided into four categories in terms of their theme and connotation, namely, remembering the ancient self-motivation and caring for ordinary people, sincere intentions of the monarch and the minister to answer, cherishing talents, heroic and desolate defense and fresh and gratifying view of things. [1] As a poet, he was diligent in creation, created the source of poetry, made great contributions to the development of Tang poetry, and created the elegance of the prosperous Tang Dynasty for 300 years.

These five short words were written in the early Tang Dynasty, when Li Shimin led the army to pacify the separatist forces in Kanto and returned to Guanzhong. The first couplet: "Give a long sword to save the world, no name invited!" The poet has just experienced the war of conquering the south and marching into the north, ending the situation that the country is divided. Now, with a long sword pinned to his waist, he can't help sighing. Thanks to the heroic fighting of the frontline soldiers, the people have lived a stable life! All this is for "saving the world and the people", not for fame and fortune.
The middle triple describes three scenes of marching, camping and attacking respectively, which is the core part of the whole poem. "Stars and feathers are mighty, and the sky is soaring into the sky" is a joint story of marching scenes. "Stars and feathers" are rendered with mighty teams and flags, and the military situation is urgent and the battle reports are endless; "Electricity is very big", like "Su", shows quick action and strict discipline. The short two crosses show readers the majestic posture of a righteous teacher with strict military style, quick action and great momentum. "Wild riding a thousand troops, the original camp was stationed in the fifth battalion", which wrote the scene of stationing, with thousands of troops and horses. The couplet "Climbing to Celebrate Wushu Festival, Thinking of Soldiers with Back Water" describes the war scene, and "Climbing to Back Water" describes the complex terrain; "May the martial arts festival" and "vertical magic soldiers" mean flexible command. In just six sentences, a large-scale military action is reproduced, from marching in procession to camping and fighting in the cold, which are concise and concrete.
At the end of the couplet, I ended by expressing my lofty aspirations: "In the past, I was brave, but now the universe is peaceful." Echoing the first couplet from a distance, the meaning is resolute and absolutely fruitless. The poet's heart is full of peaceful feelings that he is fighting for today.
This poem is full of integrity. In artistic expression, discussion, narration, scenery writing and lyricism are integrated into one furnace; The whole poem is composed of five strokes and ten sentences in one go, with rigorous conception and concise language; The three or six sentences in the middle, with neat antithesis and sonorous rhyme, are excellent five-character short rows. Its bold style is quite different from the floating legacy of the Six Dynasties.
The meaning between the lines
In the 5,000-year history of China, the Tang Dynasty was the heyday of China's national strength, and its science, technology, culture and education were unique in the world. At that time, Europe, the Middle East, Japan and other places sent people to study in Chang 'an, neighboring countries took China as the suzerain country, and all countries came to North Korea to retranslate money. The prosperity of the Tang Dynasty is closely related to the revival and construction of its culture, all of which benefited from the founding emperor of the Tang Dynasty, Emperor Taizong. From Corporal Li Xian's fighting against the Sui Dynasty to saving the world after he ascended the throne, Emperor Taizong had the bearing of a king and the courage to surpass ordinary people.
Throughout the 5,000-year dynasty change, many emperors and courtiers blindly pursued the "technique" of governing the country, ignoring "Xiu De is in the world" and not cultivating themselves academically, which is really a state of putting the cart before the horse. However, Li Shimin, Emperor Taizong, was broad-minded. No matter whether he went to war or ruled the country, he was upright, standing in the world and running freely, surpassing his true nature. This magnificent character is naturally reflected in his poems. It is precisely because of Tang Taizong's sincerity, humility, good words, open-mindedness and constant compassion for the people all over the world that the Tang Dynasty became a dynasty deeply loved by God, and the phenomenon of "if people are far away from their homeland, Xiu De will prosper" appeared.
