Don't you see? The water of the Yellow River seems to fall from the sky, and the waves roll straight into the East China Sea, never to return. Don't you see? Old parents lamented the white hair at the other end of the mirror, but it was still blue in the morning and turned into snow at night.
When you are proud of your life, you should enjoy the joy to the fullest, and don't empty the golden cup for the bright moon. Writing background:
There are different opinions about the writing time of this poem. Huang Xijue's Chronicle of Li Taibai recorded the 11th year of Tianbao (AD 752). It is generally believed that this was done by Li Bai when he traveled to Liang and Song Dynasties and made friends with Cen Can and Yuan Danqiu after he left Beijing in Tianbao (January 742-July 756).
Du Fu was full of praise for Li Bai's poems, saying that "the pen fell in shock and rain, and the poem made the gods cry". Li Bai himself said with great pride, "Put pen to paper and shake the five mountains, and poetry will become a proud Cangzhou." His poems are full of romanticism, imagination and exaggeration.
Once the poem is in full swing, the lofty sentiments gush out and overflow thousands of miles, but it is freely put away, reaching a very high artistic realm, as evidenced by "entering the wine".
