Gu Long (June 7, 1938 - September 21, 1985), formerly known as Xiong Yaohua, was born in Nanchang, Jiangxi, and is of Han nationality. Born in Hong Kong on June 7, 1938.

On September 21, 1985, Gu Long died in Taiwan due to liver cirrhosis and venous bleeding at the age of 47
