Hello everyone!
It is my greatest wish to let students enter my English class happily and confidently, and it is my unremitting goal to let students enjoy happiness and success in my English class. Over the years, I have made unremitting efforts to realize my dreams and pursuits. Today, I want to take this platform to urge leaders and teachers to guide my lectures and let me grow better.
I said the content of the class is Unit 6, Grade 9. I like music that can dance to paragraph A of PEP (1A- 1C). I will talk about the whole class in five parts: teaching material analysis, teaching methods, learning methods, teaching procedures and teaching effects.
The first plate: teaching material analysis
(A) said textbooks
This unit focuses on music, so that students can learn to talk about their favorite art with attributive clauses and learn to express their hobbies. From the structural content, the attributive clause is a syntactic structure that junior high school must understand. This unit will achieve the learning objectives and complete the learning tasks through a series of exercises (sentence structure exercises, listening exercises, intensive reading and writing exercises, self-examination and extensive reading exercises). * * * It takes 7 class hours. What we do in this class is basic sentence structure and some listening exercises, which are the double foundations of the whole unit-foundation and foundation. Its core task is to introduce a new language, that is, new function presentation. Therefore, this lesson is divided into two parts: the first part introduces the study of attributive clauses; The theme of the second part is that I like music that can be danced. Teach thinking (1a), listening (1b) and speaking (1c), and finally complete the teaching task of this lesson.
(B) Teaching objectives
According to the teaching philosophy, teaching material characteristics and students' actual situation of English Curriculum Standards, the teaching objectives of this lesson are determined as follows:
1, knowledge object
(1) Key words
Like, lyrical
(2) Target language
What kind of music do you like?
I like music that I can sing along with. ..
What about you?
I prefer music with great lyrics.
2. Ability goal
(1) Train students to express their preferences.
(2) Cultivate students' listening skills.
3. Moral object
Let's enjoy music. It always brings us happiness. Let's enjoy English class: beautiful pictures, group activities and games make us interested in English. Let's talk, listen, communicate and even play games actively.
Part II: Teaching methods
Because English is a comprehensive and practical subject, according to the content of this paper and innovative education theory, this course mainly adopts task-based teaching method, situational teaching and multimedia computer-assisted classroom teaching, giving full play to the leading role of teachers and students' main role, optimizing the teaching process by using modern educational technology, creating a more lively language environment for students through courseware, attracting students to participate in activities, stimulating students' desire to actively participate in learning, striving to cultivate students' autonomous learning ability and giving them the key to learning. We should not only let students learn, but also let them learn. Therefore, in classroom teaching, we should skillfully use teaching art, arrange activities such as self-study, group communication, class discussion, games, competitions, etc., encourage students to speak boldly and willingly, improve students' ability to use language, change "lecture hall" into "school" and "I want to learn", and fundamentally break the traditional classroom. Make students realize more information exchange in a more relaxed and pleasant environment, learn English happily and lay a solid foundation, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of 45 minutes' quality, which will benefit classroom teaching a lot.
The third board: the theory of learning
Junior three students have a certain cognitive ability, have their own views and opinions, and are not satisfied with the contents of textbooks, but hope to gain more knowledge and information and broaden their horizons through learning. Modern educational philosophy holds that "the process of acquiring knowledge is more important than acquiring knowledge". Therefore, in the teaching of this class, I don't give knowledge directly to students, but guide students to participate in learning, communication and cooperation independently, advocate learning methods of experience, practice and independent inquiry, pay attention to the combination of students' reality and text topics, stimulate students' interest in learning, enable them to independently find information, obtain information and use information, stimulate students' potential, enable students to acquire knowledge in independent and cooperative learning methods, and form correct learning methods to improve English.
Part IV: Talking about the teaching procedure.
Step 1
(1) Show some pictures of animals to students with multimedia, and guide them to make up a dialogue: "A. What kind of animals do you like best? Why? " "I like ... because ... and you?" "A:……" Ask the students to act out the dialogue, and then the teacher will summarize the sentences with attributive clauses in due course. For example, "Oh, I see, A likes friendly animals best, while B likes smart animals best."
(2) Use multimedia to show the pictures of four famous hosts of CCTV and ask "They are famous hosts of CCTV. Do you know who they are? Which one do you like best? Why? Make up a dialogue with your partner. " After the students talk and communicate, the teacher talks with two students again, and guides the students to say sentences with attributive clauses such as "B likes humorous hosts and C likes smart hosts". .
Second step
Through the above exercises, let the students have a preliminary impression of the attributive clause, and then strike while the iron is hot.
I have an apple.
The apple is red.
I have a red apple.
The attributive clause modifies the antecedent apple
I like these friends.
Friends like sports.
I like friends who like sports.
Attributive clauses modify friends who go first.
Make students better understand the composition of the attributive clause, and show the rules of the attributive clause (including the composition of the attributive clause, the role of the relative pronoun who/that, and the rule that the predicate verb in the attributive clause should be consistent with the antecedent in person when the relative pronoun is the subject in the clause). Through the design of the above teaching links, students' interest in learning is stimulated, and the difficulties are skillfully broken through step by step.
Third step
In order to help students better understand the rules of attributive clauses, show some pictures and pictures with attributive clauses, and then arrange an activity to answer questions intelligently. Ask every two sentences below to be recombined into one sentence with attributive clauses.
That man is my brother. He is standing under the tree.
__________________________________________________________________
I like music. I can sing with them.
____________________________________________________________________
He missed the train. He usually catches this train.
_____________________________________________________________________
Do you know that girl? She is talking with the teacher.

_____________________________________________________________________
Fourth step
Do you like music? What kind of music do you like best? " Transition to the next teaching link. Then use multimedia to show pictures of pop music, jazz music, country music, dance music and classical music, and then carry out group games of "I sing and you guess". That is, a student hums his favorite music melody, and other students in the group guess what kind of music the student likes best.
Step five
Show the pictures in the textbook 1a with multimedia. Click on the characters in the picture with the mouse, and then say, "I like music that is not too loud." "I like music that I can sing along with." "I like music that I can dance to." After listening to the students, the teacher asked, "What did they say? Can you say them in Chinese? " Then lead to understand the meaning and usage of the word prefer, and let the students say sentences with prefer.
Step 6
Guide students to complete listening exercises 1. Listen and check the kinds of music. Tony and Berry like it.
Step 7
Work in pairs: Talk about your favorite music.
In order to expand students' thinking and help them express themselves better, teachers can use multimedia to make some sentences, such as "I like music composed by China" and "I like music that sounds sweet." "I like music that we can easily sing along with." "I like educational music" and so on. Enrich the dialogue and avoid similarities.
Step 8
Ask difficult questions, students don't understand questions, and the teacher guides the whole class to discuss and communicate, and solve doubts and doubts.
Step 9
Homework: Please complete a task.
If you are an announcer at the school radio station, the school assigns you to buy some CDs of songs that students like. Please do a survey first to see what kind of songs, singers and bands students like. And try to organize the survey results into an English material.
Part V: Talking about the teaching effect.
Throughout the whole class, I mainly create a teaching situation of teacher-student interaction and student-student interaction, fully stimulate students' interest in learning English, cultivate a positive attitude towards English learning, integrate the realization of emotions, attitudes and values into the realization of knowledge and ability, process and method goals, and strive to lay a solid foundation for students to further learn English. As we often say, "there is no student who can't learn well." Therefore, we should encourage children and let them know "English, I can."
That's all. Thank you!
