This is a quatrain written in the genre of folk songs, which uses the common rhetorical device in folk songs-homophonic pun. In summer afternoons, there is often wonderful weather in which it rains while the sun shines, commonly known as "solar rain". It was after a solar rain that the willows were bathed in greenery, and the river rose as flat as a mirror. Suddenly there was a song from the river, and the girl on the shore recognized that it was sung by the boy she liked. I haven't heard from him for a long time. I thought he had forgotten himself. Only when I heard the song did I know that he was like a sunny and rainy weather in summer. I thought he had no feelings, but he was affectionate. The "sunny" here is a pun on "love", which is derived from the above "sunrise in the east and rain in the west" and writes about the girl's psychological activities. The poet wrote the girl's subtle psychological changes in only seven words, which made us seem to see her expression of changing from resentment to joy, showing her superb artistic skill.
