Cultural Gallery of Three Hundred Tang Poems

The Three Hundred Tang Poems Cultural Corridor is located in the urban section of the Douhe River system between Jianhua Bridge and Yuhua Bridge. It is about 1 km long and contains 5 sculptures and 30 stone carvings with Tang poems engraved on them. 30 poems, including Meng Haoran's "Passing the Old Friend's Village", Wang Wei's "Luchai (Zhaiyin)", Wang Changling's "Long Song Xing (Excerpt)", Du Fu's "Climbing High", Wang Wei's "Remembering Shandong Brothers on September 9th", Li Bai's "Farewell to Meng Haoran in Guangling", Wang Wei's "Lovesickness", Bai Juyi's "Recalling the South of the Yangtze River (Part 3)", Du Fu's "Spring Night Rain", Bai Juyi's "Ode to the Dusk River", Meng Haoran's "Spring Dawn" (seems to have no title), Chen Ziang's " "Climbing the Youzhou Taiwan Song", Bai Juyi's "The Charcoal Seller (Excerpt)", Li Bai "Looking at the Lushan Waterfall", Wei Yingwu "Chuzhou West Stream", Li Bai "Coming to Wine (Excerpt)", Meng Haoran "Early Cold on the River", Du Mu's "Jiangnan Spring", Wang Changling's "Out of the Fortress", Liu Zongyuan's "Stream Dwelling", Meng Haoran's "Farewell to Wang Changling in Lingnan (Selected Excerpts)", Du Mu's "Mountain Travel", Wang Wei's "Mountain Dwelling in Autumn Twilight", Du Fu's "Climbing the Yueyang Tower", Bai Juyi's "Memories" "Jiangnan (Part 2)", Du Mu "Qingming", Bai Juyi "Remembering Jiangnan (Part 1)", Wang Changling "Walking in the Army", Li Bai "Quiet Night Thoughts", Wei Yingwu "An Autumn Night to Qiu Yuanwai". According to the "Complete Poems of the Tang Dynasty", there are 48,900 Tang poems (the number is disputed). Why did I choose the above 30 Tang poems? I personally think that firstly, they are familiar to both adults and children and are catchy; secondly, they are related to the scenery. (Four seasons of spring, summer, autumn and winter, traditional festivals such as Qingming and Double Ninth Festival), the third is geographical factors (Tangshan is located in the land of secluded swallows), and the fourth is that the poetry content and sculptures complement each other and echo the scenery on the other side.
