The main features of Songyang fragrant tea
Fragrant tea is generally rolled using 45-type and 55-type rolling machines, and cold rolling is ideal. Because the raw materials of fragrant tea are generally relatively tender, in order to ensure clear soup and green leaves, they are generally cooked a little too slowly. At the same time, after being cured by the roller, the surface of the leaves loses a lot of water and the edges of the leaves are crispy, so it needs to be fully cooled and softened before rolling.
Otherwise, it will easily cause breakage and affect the quality of the tea. The amount of leaves to be thrown depends on the size of the machine and the quality of the leaves. The 45-type twisting machine has a weight of 15 to 18 kilograms per barrel, and the 55-type twisting machine has a weight of 25 to 28 kilograms per barrel.
It is appropriate for the rolled leaves to turn freely in the bucket. In the kneading process, the air pressure at the beginning and the release of pressure at the end are also important links. If pressure is applied at the beginning, it will inevitably lead to breakage and affect the formation of leaves.
