Mourners travel with lost hearts. ?
The first sentence of the poem reads: "It rains in succession during the Qingming Festival." At the beginning of the poem, it points out that the time where the poet is now-Tomb-Sweeping Day, the weather-rains one after another. According to the "Cultural History of China", Tomb-Sweeping Day, also known as the Youth Day, is one of the traditional festivals in China, and it is a day to worship ancestors and sweep graves. Tomb-Sweeping Day, written by the poet Du Mu, has no sunshine, but it rains one after another. In this way, the poet first created a sad atmosphere for poetry.
Then he wrote: "pedestrians on the road want to break their souls." "I want to break my soul" is to describe my deep sorrow, as if my mind were to be separated from my body. Because of Tomb-Sweeping Day, people left their homes and went to nature. This is related to the purpose and environment of the festival. Among them, the word "I want to break my soul" shows the sadness of passers-by in mourning for their deceased relatives, and also implies the poet's loneliness and helplessness.
