The first two sentences of this poem take "homesickness platform" and "seeing off guests" as the antithesis, and use farewell to foreign guests to set off the homesickness of the people in the poem; The last two sentences are recited in calling language, thinking about flying from the north to the south, reflecting the anguish of northerners living in the south for a long time and missing their hometown.

This poem only uses four sentences to write homesickness, but it expresses homesickness incisively and vividly, breaking through the small pattern that the court quatrains in the early Tang Dynasty mostly used chanting things for progress.
