An open letter to the people of the county regarding the prevention and control of the epidemic during the Qingming Festival

Dear folks in the county:

Hello! There have been many domestic epidemics recently. It is characterized by wide coverage and frequent outbreaks. The epidemic situation is developing at a high level in many places in other provinces. Confirmed cases have appeared one after another in Xiangtan, Changsha, Yueyang, Shaoyang, and Huaihua in our province, and the risk of epidemic import and spread continues to increase. As the Qingming Festival approaches, the flow of people increases, posing severe challenges to our county's epidemic prevention and control. For the health of you and your family, and to consolidate the hard-won anti-epidemic results, we hereby issue the following initiatives:

1. Promote green sweeping and reduce mobile gatherings. Advocate the implementation of green and civilized memorial services during the Tomb Sweeping Festival, and use memorial methods such as home memorials, small-scale family memorials, and online memorial services to reduce the number of people conducting memorial services on-site and reduce the risk of infection caused by gatherings during memorial services. The general public should reduce unnecessary outings, avoid activities in densely populated and large public places, and should not organize or participate in gathering activities such as gatherings for gatherings, gatherings, and dinners. Actively persuade people from overseas or other places to postpone returning to their hometowns to worship ancestors and visit relatives. Party members, cadres, and public officials must take the lead and set an example. It is advocated that "happy events should be postponed, funerals should be kept simple, and banquets should not be held." It is recommended that family dinner gatherings should not exceed 10 people. In view of the current epidemic situation, the general public should avoid non-essential travel to medium- and high-risk areas and cities with local epidemics, and reduce inter-provincial and inter-regional movement;

If you really need to travel, please understand the local epidemic prevention and control requirements in advance. Pay attention to the status of your health code in a timely manner, take personal protection throughout the process, and proactively report before returning to the balance.

2. Take the initiative to report your itinerary and implement epidemic prevention measures. All personnel arriving at the airport must have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and should report information through the "Return to Hunan Report" in the "Convenient Services" on the home page of the Hunan Health Code as soon as possible after arriving at the airport.

Individuals who have a history of overseas travel in the past 28 days or a history of travel in a high-risk area and its county, closed area, or controlled area in the past 14 days, and those whose trajectories overlap with those of infected persons, The health code is "red code" or "yellow code". People whose itinerary card shows the names of cities that they arrived at or passed through in the past 14 days are marked with "*", high-risk professional personnel and other key returnees must take the initiative to report to their place of residence as soon as possible. Report to the village, workplace or hotel, and implement epidemic prevention measures.

Those who fail to report after the deadline, conceal reports, or lie about their personal itinerary and health status, or fail to implement epidemic prevention measures as required will be held legally responsible.

3. Take personal protection and strengthen health management. Everyone is the first person responsible for their own health. They must always pay attention to strengthening personal protection, and continue to maintain good hygiene habits and healthy lifestyles such as carrying masks with you, wearing masks scientifically, washing hands frequently, ventilating frequently, eating in a civilized manner, coughing etiquette, and safe distance. When entering public places, take the initiative to implement prevention and control measures such as scanning the "two codes" and wearing masks, taking body temperature, and wearing a one-meter mask. Do not order items by mail from overseas or domestic medium- and high-risk areas unless necessary, and take personal protection when sending and receiving express mail. Implement protective measures when purchasing and processing cold chain foods. Always pay attention to the physical condition of yourself and your family. Once symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, loss of smell, diarrhea and other symptoms occur, please wear a mask and go to the nearest fever clinic or designated medical institution for treatment, and truthfully inform your personal travel history, activity history and Contact history. Try to avoid taking public transportation when seeking medical treatment.

4. Actively vaccinate and build an immune barrier. At present, the new coronavirus vaccination work in our county continues to advance, and the vaccination sites have sufficient vaccines. Residents who meet the vaccination requirements and have not been vaccinated should be vaccinated as soon as possible. Those who have completed the full course of vaccination for 6 months should receive a booster shot as soon as possible. Parents should lead children aged 3-11 who have not completed the full course of immunization and have no vaccination contraindications to complete the full course of vaccination as soon as possible, so as to "receive all requests as needed". Elderly people over 60 years old are susceptible groups, and those who have no obvious contraindications to vaccination should be vaccinated as soon as possible.

Everyone is responsible for epidemic prevention and control.

Let us join hands and make persistent efforts to build a strong defense line against the epidemic and jointly protect our beautiful homeland!
