According to big data analysis, the favorite city of poets in Tang and Song Dynasties is Kaifeng, where 3,563 poems were born, nearly double the number of 1854 poems by Xi 'an.
The Atlas of Tang and Song Literature published by Professor Wang Zhaopeng from the School of Literature and Journalism and Communication of South-Central University for Nationalities uses big data to analyze the life trajectories of many ancient poets. Statistics show that among the top ten cities that produce the most poems in China, the total amount of poems accounts for about 47.8% of all Tang and Song poems.
In the circle of ancient poetry in different cities, there are different poets supporting the scene. In Kaifeng, the first echelon, Su Zhe wrote the most poems, reaching 894. Yang Wanli wrote 1056 poems in Ji 'an, Jiangxi, which was absolutely high-yielding.
