Eucharist (also known as bread-breaking, love feast, Lord's supper, etc. ) is a sacred object set up by Jesus himself to show that the life of the Lord is always with believers. It is precisely because the Eucharist is a very grand sacrament established by the Lord Jesus himself that the church attaches great importance to this sacrament.
Usually, according to the tradition of the church, only believers who have been formally baptized and joined the church are eligible to receive the Eucharist. Believers who have committed serious crimes in their lives cannot receive the Eucharist unless they sincerely repent. Both the early church and the reformed church believed that it was an effective and necessary church discipline to stop taking communion to believers who deliberately committed great crimes. On the other hand, for believers themselves, it is best to prepare their hearts before God before they can receive the Eucharist. Many churches have time to repent, reflect and meditate before taking communion, which is the purpose.
Nowadays, in many places in China, due to the low quality of believers, they mistakenly think that the Eucharist is just an ordinary religious ceremony or symbol, but it has not risen to the height of "sacrament". It is really inappropriate to take the Eucharist casually and inadvertently. On the other hand, some believers look at the Eucharist with superstitious eyes, thinking that it is a blessing to receive more, so when they receive the Eucharist, they rush to buy what is in short supply. This is not the real Eucharist, and God himself doesn't know it. Therefore, it is urgent to appeal to such people to repent before God with awe and return to God, so that they are worthy of receiving this wonderful sacred object.
