Article 7 Provincial Cultural Relics Bureau is responsible for examining and approving Grade B qualification of survey and design of cultural relics protection projects, Grade B qualification of construction of cultural relics protection projects and Grade B qualification of supervision of cultural relics protection projects. (1) The construction quality is unqualified, resulting in the destruction of cultural relics;

(2) safety accidents occur due to the qualification of design, construction and supervision units;

(three) qualified units beyond the level of qualification or business scope to carry out cultural relics protection projects;

(4) Causing huge losses or adverse effects;

(5) The person in charge of the project does not meet the qualification requirements;

(six) due to the flow of personnel does not meet the existing qualification standards.

Eighteenth this system shall be interpreted by the Provincial Cultural Relics Bureau.

Nineteenth this system shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
