If you print a word document, you can set the font size directly in Word:
1. Open the document with Word office and select all fonts;
2. In the toolbar font drop-down menu, select the font size to be printed;
3. Click Save (Ctrl+S);
4. Finally, click File Print, so that the printed font will become larger.
If you print a PDF file or picture, you can't adjust the font size directly, but only enlarge it as a whole:
1, similarly open the document in word, click File Print to open the print dialog box, or directly use Ctrl+P shortcut key to open the print dialog box;
2. In the print settings, click the zoom by paper drop-down option in the lower right corner;
3. Select the appropriate paper size, enlarge the printed content as a whole, and finally click OK.
All of the above are based on Word software to adjust font size. If the overall proportion of the contents printed by the printer is reduced, other methods can be used:
1, open the computer control panel/equipment/equipment and printer, and enter the printer management page;
2. Select the printer to be used, and right-click to select the properties of the printer;
3. Enter the property page, select preferences, and enter the printer settings page;
4. Check the manual zoom button, and then adjust the required zoom ratio on the right side of the button.
5. Click the OK button, so as to solve the problem of shrinkage when printing.
