After more than three years of arrangement, excavation and construction, the digital library of ancient books of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was officially launched as an important achievement of the National Ancient Books Protection Center's "China Ancient Books Survey Project" and state administration of traditional chinese medicine's "Traditional Chinese Medicine Ancient Books Inheritance Project". Among the collected literatures, 85% are Chinese medicine literatures, and 24 kinds of minority medicine literatures in modern times account for 43% of Chinese medicine literatures. In particular, Yunnan minority medical literature represented by Naxi Dongba Sutra, Dai Baye Sutra and Yi Bimo Sutra is the most comprehensive and abundant in Yunnan Library. As the first digital library of ancient Chinese medicine books in Yunnan, Yunnan University of Chinese Medicine has 288 kinds and more than 2,000 digital ancient books.
