Article 7 An entity engaged in the publication wholesale business shall meet the following conditions:
(a) has completed the industrial and commercial registration, with legal personality;
(2) The business scope of industrial and commercial registration includes publication wholesale business;
(3) Having equipment and fixed business premises suitable for the publication wholesale business, with a total business area of not less than 50 square meters;
(four) a sound management system and an information management system that meets industry standards.
The term "business premises" as mentioned in these Provisions refers to the enterprise domicile registered in the administrative department for industry and commerce.
Article 9 Units and individuals engaged in the retail business of publications shall meet the following conditions:
(a) has completed the industrial and commercial registration;
(2) The business scope of industrial and commercial registration includes the retail business of publications;
(3) Having a fixed business place.
