Article 4 Schools shall, in accordance with the relevant national enrollment policies and the principle of educational equity, make overall consideration of the number, quality, talent demand and employment of graduates from the enrollment provinces, and formulate enrollment plans by provinces and majors in combination with their own school-running conditions. Enrollment majors (categories), enrollment plans and enrollment batches shall be subject to the information published by the competent departments of enrollment in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).

According to the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education, the reserved undergraduate enrollment plan is mainly used to adjust the imbalance of online students in the student source areas, and the number of reserved plans accounts for 1% of the total plan.

Chapter III Access Principles

Article 6 Schools shall, in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Education and the competent departments of enrollment in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), implement the principles of fair selection, openness and transparency, and implement comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission. When the school is admitted, the corresponding candidates are treated equally with previous candidates, and the proportion of male and female students in each major is not limited.

Article 7 When transferring files and arranging majors, schools recognize the policy bonus items and scores given to candidates by the admissions departments of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) that have been filed by the Ministry of Education. When the school enrolls students and arranges majors, it is based on the results of investment (including policy points).

Article 8 For batches that volunteer to file in order, the school will give priority to the first volunteer candidate according to the principle of voluntary priority and subsequent scores. If the comprehensive scores are the same, first compare the professional scores, if they are the same, then compare the total score of the college entrance examination, if they are still the same, then compare them in turn according to the Chinese scores, math scores and English scores, ranking them from high to low.

The calculation method of comprehensive score is: comprehensive score = professional score of joint (unified) examination ÷ total score of joint (unified) examination × 100×70%+ cultural score ÷ total score of culture × 100×30%, and the score shall be kept at two decimal places.

Thirteenth professional foreign languages are not limited, but the school only offers English courses for public foreign languages.

Article 14 Requirements for candidates' physical health: Candidates must meet the relevant regulations such as the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities jointly issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation. Article 16 Refund method: If a student drops out of school for some reason or finishes his studies ahead of schedule, the remaining accommodation fee shall be refunded according to the actual accommodation time according to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Private Education Fees in Chongqing, and the refund for students who drop out (transfer) shall be implemented according to the provisions of Chongqing Price No.2005487.
