In which dynasty did the Swiss bronze mirror collection first appear?

The animal mirror first appeared in the Sui and Tang Dynasties, but its prototype appeared as early as the Warring States Period. However, before Sui and Tang Dynasties, there was no name of animal mirror, but they were all called animal mirrors. It is slightly different from the shape of the Rui beast after the Tang Dynasty.

The price of bronze mirrors varies, with the Tang mirror being the best and the highest price. The price of Bitang mirrors in Han Dynasty and Warring States Period was slightly lower. After the Song Dynasty, bronze mirrors tended to be practical, and the ornamentation decreased. Most of them are plain mirrors, and some of them imitate the craftsmanship of the previous dynasty, but the craftsmanship is much worse, so the value is generally not high. Bronze mirrors in Ming and Qing dynasties were not valued, so the price was low.

The pricing of bronze mirrors is not the most important, but mainly depends on the process decoration, appearance and size. In terms of size alone, collections with a diameter of less than 5 cm or more than 23 m have high collection value.
