Slice pork belly into 8mm slices with a knife, pour sesame oil into the pot, stir-fry the pork slices, minced onion and ginger and bean curd in the pot, put it into a bowl, pour bean curd juice into the bowl, steam for 30min, and take it out. It's best to cook it until it's medium-cooked, so it's thin and sharp when cut.
